Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, frequently reporting that items were not as advertised, particularly regarding fabric content and quality. Customers often received cheap polyester instead of the promised cotton or linen, with prints that were blurry or poorly executed. The quality was consistently described as inferior, with issues like loose threads and poor stitching. Reviewers also encountered significant problems with their orders, including incorrect items, unfulfilled shipments, and non-functional tracking numbers. The return policy was a major point of frustration, as customers found it difficult to return items, often being required to pay for expensive international shipping to China, or only offered partial refunds. The website itself was criticized for being misleading, with concerns raised about product descriptions.

Stay away from this company!

I would not recommend this company. When the item I purchased finally arrived (took a long time!) It didn't look anything like the photograph. Bad fabric, Garish colors, etc.. my choice: an eight dollar refund or mail it back to the company at my expense. Since the company is in Tokyo, I selected the former option. Do not purchase from this company!!

SHUT THIS SCAM COMPANY DOWN

Clothing is the cheapest quality I’ve ever seen. I ordered a cotton denim shirt and it was polyester garbage. The bag it came in was better quality. Then they offered me $8 back on the $35 shirt and I would have to ship it, probably to China. And because they offered a lame resolution, my credit card could not appeal it. DEARSCLOTH IS SLIME. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Read the many bad reviews.

TOTAL SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM!! - false advertising as COTTON shirt. Reeked of chemicals. Great offer to return it to JAPAN (although their website states produced in California).and get refund.
The shipping fee was higher than the shirt cost so I accepted their second offer of an $8 refund.
I doubt they have ANY affiliation with the Parks.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I paid for my order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. The confirmation number provided to me isn’t valid when trying to track it and I can’t find a customer service phone number. I would have rated this company in negative numbers if I could! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!!

Poor customer service

I ordered 3 shirts in late january 2026. I was sent the wrong merchandise. I have been in contact with their customer support contact email for several weeks. They keep sayin their approval department will review the situation and contact me with a resolution, however as of today, March 17, 2026 I have neither recieved a refund or the original merchandise I ordered. Truly unacceptable business policies.

False description

The woman's top was advertised as cotton denim. What arrived is a polyester knit shiny finish that's printed to look like denim.
I tried to cancel the order the day following my orderand received no response. It's a total scam.

Scam, fraud, false advertising…

Absolutely no relationship between the advertised clothing and what I received. What I received was a cheap product that was some polyester material, a different color, totally different style and size 2XL rather than the small I ordered. How a company can lie so blatantly and still exist and be presented on Facebook as a legitimate company is just one more example of the lack of morals and integrity we are seeing now.

I placed an order for 3 items

I placed an order for 3 items. Never received an order confirmation. But the purchase amount was debited from my bank account. Multiple emails to the company have received no response. I suggest this company shut down and the National Parks should definitely disassociate themselves from this sham company.

Don't be fooled by the enticing photos…

Don't be fooled by the enticing photos of really cute tops. Dearscloth is a scam - buyer beware! The "washed denim" top I bought was 95% poly & 5% spandex, and looks absolutely nothing like the photos in the ad. Fraud fraud fraud. I also doubt that they "support national parks."

I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed. The shirts were advertised as 2X and cotton fabric. neither was true. The size was smaller than advertised and strangely cut. The fabric was some sort of polyester blend.
There was no shipping label and when I tried to find a way to return the shirts I couldn't find any of the websites they gave.

Buyers beware of "Dearscloth" US Dept of Parks !!!

Everyone do not, I repeat, do not order from "Dearscloth" clothing company, touting support of the US Department Of Parks !!! I had ordered four blouses that looked absolutely beautiful for my wife for Christmas 2025. There was supposed to be intricately embroidered beautiful cotton blouses, the photographs and the advertisement were absolutely stunning; Brightly colored designs that any woman would be delighted to wear. First off, a month's went by and I didn't receive anything. I could not reach anybody from this place, and so I called my bank, Wells Fargo and put in a claim from merchandise, not received. I finally received a package from an individual, "Lisa somebody", in California, there was no associated paperwork, just 4 polyester, low quality t shirts, with three buttons on one shoulder, with printed patterns on them, really horrifying garbage low quality, they did not even look like anything that I had ordered !!! This is a total garbage scam operation, I am absolutely horrified !!! My condolence is to anybody who deals with this company. I sent it back, which cost me $20.75 postage, and now I have to haggle with Wells Fargo; they initially fronted me the $125.00 an investigated my claim. They just called me, and said that they were taking the money back from my account because they found out it was delivered to me. Now I have to resubmit the claim under the category, "Items not as described". If you send anything back, make sure you have the receipt with the tracking number on it. Otherwise, I would have been out of luck...
There are millions of these bandits all over the place - this world was not the way it was when I was young - there are just about as many scammers as there are people now... We are in the end times for sure; look at the state of the world, and our country !!! Jesus is coming back a 2nd time, every eye shall see Him, mounted on a glorious White Horse, with His glorious Angelic Army, and the Redeemed, to rescue those who love Him, obey and believe in Him, who are still on the earth at that time, and everybody else who has rejected Him, is gonna have their own sins, and their own judgment, visited on their own heads, along with the devil and his demonic host !!! So make sure you give your heart to the Lord Jesus Christ now, just repent, ask Him to forgive your sins, and then get baptized, and go to a Good Strong Christian Church, and read your Bible, and walk with Him now on earth, while you still can, so that when it's your turn, you'll go to be with God, and not be judged in hell for your sins, just like these people at "Dearscloth !!!"
They're just like spiders, with their camouflaged spider webs, just waiting to catch unsuspecting, hard working honest people, and they'll grab you and eat you alive !!! It seems no matter how careful you are, once in a while, you may be scammed, i've been scammed too many times, and it's not pleasant to have to deal with these evil people all the time. "Dearscloth" has a bad rating with the BBB. Buyers beware !!!

ITS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY

The dress and shirt were pictured and described as cotton and cotton denim. What I received was printed polyester. The invoice even clearly stated that fabric as cotton. When I complained they gave me the option to return it to an address in Japan (25$ cost to me.) and then refund or keep product and get 15$ refund. At this point it’s not worth the hassle. I will donate and learn my lesson. This company actively misrepresents the products, with NATIONAL PARK support alluded in their brand and a California address. Not in California, maybe Japan?

Fraud

The shirt I ordered was printed cotton denim. I received printed polyester. Not the same cut or print that I ordered. Not the same fabric. Not the same color.

It came in the mail with a "Fraudulent Label". Not pre-paid. I had to pay 15 dollars at the post office, on top of the 35 dollars for the online order.

The clothes on the website looked deceptively beautiful

The clothes on the website looked lovely and were described as "Art Linen," so that is what I was expecting, linen. I ordered 3 tops in small. It took forever to receive the items. I was excited to finally receive them, but so, so disappointed in the actual product. First of all, the tops did not look like what was pictured on the website. And the fabric is clearly not linen; it is a very cheap synthetic with no label, fabric content, washing instructions, etc. When I tried on the tops, they were huge, even though they were labeled small. I was also disconcerted to find that the package was sent from China. I was led to believe part of the amount I paid would go toward our National Parks. I contacted the seller about a return and was told that they would accept a return, but that I would have to pay for shipping, which would be very expensive. Otherwise, they could only refund me $10. I am so angry about this. I spent nearly $100 on three tops and got nothing but junk. Do not order anything from this company. It is a sham!!!
