Never win. Seems like a scam. It is definitely a good way for DD to make $$ though for sure.
I really like this app. You find things you like and may need, bid and win. I think the only down fall in my opinion is that if you lose you don't get bids back. I think you should be able to get at least some bids back. Seeing as how with any other auction you don't pay if you don't win.
