DCM is a scam business. Do not use. I have lost a lot of money. Do not believe the excuses and the lies. You cannot believe a word this company says.

Sadly can only agree with the other review exactly the same has happened to us
We go weeks at a time with no one on site a job that was 10 months is now 17 months with still so much to do
They will extract every penny out of you in promises more materials are coming and more workers to do the job
For the last 6 months we’ve not had anyone here for a full week or even a full day we’ve paid for all materials just so work can be done even then it’s not done properly after building control have been
They are also known to not pay other companies such as scaffolding, steels, grab and window companies
Every week there is an elaborate excuse as to why no one is on site- once they extracted every Penny we’ve been ignored every day but when they wanted paying they would pester you every hour
AVOID AT ALL COST our house is in ruins because of DCM and they don’t care about rectifying it just ignoring us
I wouldn’t wish what’s happened to my family on anyone what DCM have done to us it’s a disgrace and they don’t care at all
