SCAM ALERT!
I bought a scanner from walmart.com. The product was provided by skymall.
I received a different product of inferior quality. I contacted customer service (cs) and skymall ignored my claim. On my second call to CS, they offered a refund, which I refused to accept. After doing some research, I found out that the scanner I bought was drastically under priced by Skymall. Seems to me that this a type of scam going on Walmart marketplace. As of today, none has contacted me in relation to the situation. It is even more worrisome to see that the seller still advertising this and other products on Walmart.com. If the seller doesn't have the product, then Walmart needs to take action because knowingly is allowing this to happen. I either get my product or the seller must be removed from walmart.com to avoid that more people become victims of these scams taking place on walmart.com

Drip Pricing is dishonest.
I tried to order an item from DBROTH via Amazon.com. Even though I had Australia selected as my country, the items showed free shipping if I purchased TWO. After a lengthy Amazon sign-up process I then get to discover an additional US$ 100 shipping fee. Very dishonest [otherwise known as DRIP PRICING].

Wrong item twice
I ordered gas stove covers & recieved electric stove covers. Too short. Sent them back & ordered them again. Recieved the wrong ones again. Tried calling their customer service number & it doesn't work. I am extremely disappointed because I really wanted the covers.

Extremely poor customer service
I purchased a camera remote from DBRoth. When the item arrived it did not match the product description on the website. The problem could have been solved easily for little expense, but DBRoth refused.
E-mail responses from customer support were slow and increasingly rude.
