Does all the leg work for you when you set out with a plan for a day out with the family. So often you can get caught out by T&Cs, exclusions or restrictions on what you thought was an offer that would save the family some £ - on a bank holiday, or a Sunday etc. DOWTK has taken away the uncertainty and allows you to forward plan, across the entire country. I had an issue redeeming an O2 Priority 12-month VIP pass for Days Out With The Kids, and Haylee provided outstanding support throughout. She reviewed the situation promptly, manually updated the system, applied the annual pass, and clearly explained the renewal terms and next steps.
Her communication was professional, friendly, and transparent, which gave me complete confidence that everything had been handled correctly. Thanks to her help, my children will be able to enjoy their half-term with the VIP benefits in place.
