I bought something offline then they text me telling me that the order was suspicious so they took my money then they said that I wouldn't get it and still yet to give me my money back bad bad bad customer service and their phone number does not work so you can't get in touch with anybody so you have to email them and when you email them they don't give you any answers and don't reply to your emails bad bad bad company and after I posted this post they texted me and telling me nice try no one gets reviews on here so I'mma make sure that it gets on here and everywhere else

This was the first time I'd ordered from DayOne Gear and was very pleased.
I intend to use it for horse treats when I ride instead of ending up with broken treats and crumbs in my pockets.
It came very quickly and would recommend them to friends and use them myself again.

I bought one of your products I found on Amazon and got a 10% off card. It led me to your website and wanted to us it. Place my item in your sites shopping cart and was allowed to pay using my amazon account, but was not allowed to use the 10%. Would have been nice to know that by using a outside pay system (only used it because I had one with Amazon and don't like to use my card on different sites) but now if ha e.the items I want and also now have 2 10% discount cards. Just wish I had know then what I know now.

I ordered a book on Dec 14, 2015 shipping method, 3 day priority. Today is Dec 29, 2015
It was accepted at the post office on the 19th and so far it is traveling all over, but getting farther from my house than it started! The book should have been delivered to my home no later than the 19th. Very Poor service.

As an Assistant Scoutmaster, one of my responsibilities is to teach the Wilderness Survival Merit Badge, and I have an emphasis on fire making. The fire starter from DayOne Gear is one of the items that I find very useful. It's small and yet very reliable.

This is a really nice website with some great products for being prepared. They have survival kits, water filters and food that you can keep stored in case of an emergency. I placed my order and they processed and shipped within 2 days! Thanks again.
