I had a really disappointing experience with Dava Marketing. I hired them for thumbnail design services, expecting professional work that aligned with my channel's branding and current trends. Unfortunately, the quality was beyond terrible—no effort was made to research my content, my audience, or even basic YouTube trends. The thumbnails looked generic, uninspired, and completely unusable.

On top of that, their service was massively overpriced for what they delivered. What made the experience even worse was that they initially mentioned they would offer a refund if I wasn’t satisfied, but when I requested one after seeing the poor results, they outright refused.

I wouldn’t recommend Dava Marketing to anyone looking for quality YouTube thumbnails. Save your money and find a team that actually understands content creation and values their clients.

I sign a contract for 1 year and they were supposed to do the thumnails with A/B/C testing. They only made 1 thumnail and for the others 2 they just changed the color of the text or something like that. I asked them to do different styles for the A/B/C testing but they didn't acccept. I wanted to cancel but they didn't allow it. I had to call my bank to be able to cancel and they threatened me... the worst expirience ever.

I used Dava Marketing for my Thumbnails and overall I have been very happy with my experience! The team is responsive, my designer has excellent skill and the process is very smooth! I was surprised by the negative other reviews given my personal experience. For me its a 10/10 and I will continue to work with them! Cheers guys.

Overpriced and terrible editing. I am a self taught editor and could do a 10 times better job than the team at Dava Marketing. Do not get ripped off by these untrained editors!

I paid Dava $2,795 for 8 edited videos in 1 month, but they only delivered 6. The editing was horrible and I actually have a video on my YouTube channel to show exactly what they delivered to me as a "finished video"

It's on a YouTube channel called "KaiGuy" and the video is called "when you pay $3,000 for an editing team"

And on top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund. I've never written a negative review before. I don't talk badly about anyone or anything unless they actually deserve it. Dava Marketing was horrible. I still want a refund.

This was in november of 2022 but I'm just now writing this, had to put 2023 for trust pilot to work.
