The course was a little slow to get going due to the company having moved offices in the last week. So there were no refreshments (so not really a big deal) and there were problems with the overhead projector to begin with.

The teaching was really good. Our teacher knew the book inside out and backwards. Any time a question was asked, she would explain the answer, and back it up with a page number from the book (all off the top of her head!).

We learnt useful techniques for the exam which helped enormously.

The trainer we had for the on day top up before the Practitioner Exam was excellent, I don't think I could have passed it without her!

The day was helpful as it put into perspective what was required and the types and styles of questions that we would face, however I feel it would have been helpful had we had this day then had a couple of weeks to practice the style of questions as they were not in the prep reading so that we were better prepared for the exam.

I found the course very fast paced but the course trainer was obviously a subject expert so I felt confident in his approach. It was very dull at times - not much time for discussion and a bit of a verbal dump/death by powerpoint, rather than adapting different learning styles and techniques to appeal to all students.

I do find that the course is purely set up to get students ready for the exam and NOT to become Prince2 experts, which is a bit of a shame.
I did pass though, so can't complain too much!

I sucessfully passed the PRINCE 2 course in one week thanks to an excellent trainer.

After some initial confusion over which version of Managing Successful Programmes would be covered by the course and exam (the course was on the cusp between 2 versions), arrangements went smoothly. The instructor was fine and got most, if not all, if us through the exam.

It was hard going but having a funny trainer made it easier. He was realistic and down to earth, no preaching and loved the fact that he let you have a go and make a pigs ear of it then showed you the best way of dealling with the questions - particularly the assertion stuff!

The course was intensive, and would have benefitted from the course manual being given out about a month in advance. A 300 page manual is too much to accommodate from scratch in one week. The lecturer I had was superb. [Name] was extremely knowledgeable on the subject, and is a former examiner. Exam practice is key if you are to pass this subject, so the course would have been better if you could have gone through the manual in advance and used the week to go over past papers. The lecturer was the main reason I passed the Prince2 course, along with 5 days of very hard work.

There are 2 main things I look for when I take on a new training for certificates:
1) The quality of the istructor and how much I learn from them
2) The ambiance (training room, presentation methods, ... etc.)

You were let down in both areas for me and some of your competitors may be a bit more expensive on the price but provide a far much better service. In future, I will not choose you again neither recommend you to anyone.

The quality of the training, materials and facilities were very good. I think there is room for improvement for the administration some course attendees were given the wrong venue details. I had to chase my pre-course reading and only recieved it a couple of days before so limited the time I had to prepare.I had to chase certification.

I really enjoyed the training provided. Datrix was a professional, interesting, thorough and personable training provider.
The only thing which would have enhanced the experience even further would be had they told me my exact mark for my exams which I requested.

I took this PRINCE2 Practitioner course to consolidate existing project management experience. It was fantastic and met my needs better than I could have expected. The trainer made the experience a joy through his relaxed manner and the thorough knowledge he has for the subject. The administrative side of the course had scope for improvements, though the small frustrations caused by minor gliches was mild and in no way detracted from the efficacy of the course.

Receiving my qualification was the boost I needed for my future career. I would heartily recommend this course.

The ITIL course was well presented and was not to "stuffy" it was a good learning curve delivered with knowledge and a great understanding of the material.

Loved the course, really practical stuff which will make project management in the future easier and far more effective.

Delivery was brilliant, not the most exciting subject but it was made enjoyable with interaction and real life scenarios

I thought the trainer was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and taught us in an engaging way that helped the information (which can be quite dry and boring!) to stay in our heads for the exam, and into the future. I’m glad to say that I passed both the Foundation and Practitioner exams.

I have to say i have found it a very difficult course to follow, but this is due to me having a brain tumour removed last year and my memory being very short. I have to say the trainer who has been with us all week has been a great help and he is very very good at his job and explains things really well. [name removed]for me is a credit to Datrix for his training areas. [name removed] knows what he his on about and you can tell he has a great passion for the job and you can tell he is very good at his job. I would recommend this training course to anyone i feel would benefit from it. A great Course and a great trainer. A credit to everyone involved in Datrix and company well set up and company who knows a good trainer when they see one. Thank you for giving me the option to come on your course and i hope to pass all my exam sooner than later. Like i say i am struggling a bit to withhold all the information but this is not down to the Project Managerment course or the trainer who is running the course. Thank you once again and wish you all the very best for the future.

I enjoyed every bit of my experience with Datrix. Even when a sudden change of venue from Manchester to Preston caused an initial upset, the handling of my complaints was conducted in a very polite and courteous manner. The facilitator also demonstrated a good knowledge of the course and was an excellent time-manager.

I have really enjoyed working with the team. They have been very accomodating, consistent in their approach and ensured that our needs were met in the most professional manner. I can only talk from a service perspective as the fee relationship is centralised but I would hope they also offered good value for money too!

Very enjoyable and informative course. I have already put it into practice.

Really good trainer, learned a huge amount in a short space of time. I think other colleagues struggled and I'm certainly glad I had nothing else planned for the week but it was worth the exhaustion!
We learned, we laughed, we worked very very hard.
