1 star, i wanted to give u 0 and i ll tell u why: 5 amp battery is 59£ excluding VAT, really? If u google it u ll find out from the competitors that u can buy for 55 max 60£ with VAT a 5 amp battery.
Why? Why we need to know prices without Vat, we still paying it. But your prices are really really high. Google it , or check your competitors

I'm sorry to hear that you feel like our pricing on a certain item is an issue, we always show each item before and after VAT on each item page and it fully totals up at checkout as well once you have picked your delivery option. Of course we won't always be the cheapest on all 4,000+ stock lines but we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. On many stock lines we will be cheaper than elsewhere. We also need to check you are comparing exactly the same product as you have seen advertised at a lower price.

I was really impressed when I ordered my new lathe there was a problem with it so it was delayed a cpl of days but had fantastic contact with them they explained what happened and they were waiting for a new delivery 2 days later lathe turned up

Claim next day delivery - so far I've had no order status update and not received my items. If I knew I wasn't getting the delivery when advertised I would of ordered elsewhere. Project stuck not moving now! :-(

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Called them on a Friday to enquire about one of the products I was after which wasn't in stock and after chatting with one of their team members I decided to place an order same day around 3pm.
Everything I ordered was delivered next Tuesday, even if I was told that it may take up to a week because of the product that they didn't had in stock.
What else can you ask for?!
Great customer service and competitive prices, will definitely used them again and recommend them to anyone!
