This costume was a complete letdown. The measurements were nowhere near what was advertised, and when I complained, customer service brushed me off with excuses about “tolerances.” Even with their so‑called tolerance, the sizing was way off.
What makes this experience even worse is the return policy: you have to pay for the return yourself, and since the company is based in China, the shipping costs are higher than the price of the costume. That’s outrageous.
I’m angry, disappointed, and feel cheated. Definitely not a shop I would ever recommend.

The outfit ordered 4 weeks in advance didn't arrive in time for Halloween

I tried to write a one-star review multiple times. Every time it said it would send a confirmation email to verify the review and it never did. It is clearly not allowing low ratings to make it onto the site.

fast and affordable delivery

A Part of the Order came later than expected. Communication was irritating to a certain extend but always fast. At the end there is a happy Child Looking forward to Halloween.

Delivered wrong size and does not answer Mails afterwards.
Had to reclaim my money at paypal.
