I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the Dash technical support team, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! From the moment I submitted my support request, I felt like I was in good hands.

The team responded quickly and efficiently, and their level of expertise was top-notch. They patiently listened to my issue and provided me with clear, concise instructions on how to resolve it. Even when I had follow-up questions, they were happy to assist me and provide additional guidance.

Loving my Dash Wallet!

I’m mainly a bitcoin investor when it comes to saving but I’m looking for a crypto that is more adapted for spending. I recently downloaded a Dash wallet from the App Store and used it to buy a gift card on Bitrefill. Couldn’t believe how fast and inexpensive that transaction was! You can practically buy a gift card at the time and point of sale. Hurry up and bring DashDirect to Canada please!

Very bad experience, inform me to download app and 7days coming free leads but single leads also not coming after i will msg and called also but......

I had problems with upgrading to V18 but the helpdesk helped me fantastic.
There response was very quickly and it is up and running.

I had the best experience with the folks at Dash - they are the future for usable Bitcoin.

I'm a 62 year-old man with reasonable tech skills, but I had a challenge converting tokens on the Avalanche chain into Dash. I reached out to the help desk and they patiently, and I mean patiently walked me through the entire process.

I now have the entire process down - after about 12 emails! :)

It wasn't their process that was a challenge, but my age. I did not feel a bit dismissed because I was 62, in fact, just the opposite. They were eager to help.

I can't more highly recommend these folks and their product!
