I strongly advise caution when…

I strongly advise caution when considering Dasbanq. I purchased what was marketed as an "integrated service" for LLC formation, bookkeeping, and U.S. tax filing. However, when I requested clear confirmation of what tax forms are included in their monthly fee, I was met with confusion and deflection.

Despite being told their platform handled everything, no one from the team could explain which IRS forms were included—something you would expect from a professional accounting service. Instead, they redirected me to third-party accountants, each charging additional fees.

This lack of clarity and accountability has left me disappointed, feeling misled, and questioning whether this service was ever truly prepared to handle U.S. compliance properly for foreign entrepreneurs like me.

I expected a turnkey solution—what I received was more questions, more costs, and no answers.

Definitely Zero support, they charge you above your plan and never answer you

When I set up the LLC with Dasbanq, everything was going very well at first, until the first legal obligation came up: submitting the BOI Report. I had signed up for it along with the creation of the LLC, but I had to beg for help to submit it within the initial 3 months; I had to do it myself.

After much insistence, they reviewed it and updated the Report. It's now more than a month past the legal deadline.

A month ago, they changed the plans. I requested the standard plan, which is $50 per month, but they're charging me $70 for the same services.

I've been waiting for answers for three weeks, but so far, nothing. I can understand that glitches can happen, but having to beg for an answer is too much.

No support, no response, and unreliable serviceg to get support from…

We’ve been trying to get support from Dasbanq for over a month regarding an issue with our Mercury bank account. After speaking with Martín Attias, we were advised to contact support directly, but despite several emails sent from both my account and my business partner’s, we haven’t received a single response.

The service charges were tied to the Mercury account in question. Due to the lack of communication, we eventually opened a new bank account with a different U.S. provider. The new cards were sent to our LLC’s registered address in Wilmington (the one provided through Dasbanq), but according to Martín, no one knows where those cards ended up because there are “too many LLCs” associated with that address.

If you can’t even guarantee the basic service of receiving mail reliably, then what are we paying for?

Since we’ve received no response via email, we’re now posting here in hopes of finally being heard. We truly hope this message reaches someone who is willing to help resolve the situation.
