Daniel Exchange

Daniel Exchange – Coquitlam
I have been doing business with Daniel Exchange for years, but I’ve finally had enough. They consistently offer the lowest rates compared to other money exchanges — usually $3–$4 less. Today I needed to send money to my sister for hospital expenses, and not only did they give me their usual poor rate, but they also tried to charge me a $15 fee on a $100 transfer.
When I called another exchange, I was offered $3 more per $100 with only a $5 fee. The difference is huge. At Daniel Exchange, I raised my concern about the high fees and low rates, but the owner and his wife brushed it off, saying “it’s not that much.” That attitude showed me they do not care about their customers.
I will never return to Daniel Exchange, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere. There are exchanges that are far more fair, transparent, and customer-focused — even if they’re a little farther away. In the long run, you’ll save money and feel respected.

Be extra vigilant..!Avoid this so called exchange company

Avoid this so called exchange company, he’s a dodgy person and does not respond to your inquiry direct & clearly.

Every time you ask him for a price on an exchange rate he sends you a link and doesn’t bothered wether you have the facilities such as telegram or ect.

Money exchange business needs to be transparent and make a clear conversations with the customer in order to be trusted in the first place which this company isn’t at all. So save yourself the time, hassles & more importantly your money to avoid the headache afterwards.
My experience with this person is simply awful.!
