I have used Dangelberry Music on and off for years and it has always been a pleasant experience.

I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who is unsure of who to buy from online.

I recently contacted them to ask if I could purchase some spares from them (if they had them) for some equipment I purchased from ANOTHER company, as I was having trouble finding them online; Sam the owner, without hesitation offered to send these quite heavy spares "free of charge" which he did!

This company goes the extra mile to look after their customers, and this is why I would recommend them if your thinking of purchasing from them.

Initially I was a little unsure about dealing with a company that I couldn't telephone but their email response is super quick.

I've bought several items from these guys.Mostly small purchases, but they still make you feel like you matter.To quote them on my most recent pur hase. " Whether you spend £5 or £500 your custom matters to us.".

I bought an electric guitar for my son and as a non-guitar playing mummy, didn't realise that he would want a "big" amp, I also bought the wrong size!!! We contacted Dangleberry who sent the loveliest email with details of how to return and advice on what to buy. As soon as they received the returned guitar they credited our account and sent an email to us to let us know; no suggestion that we needed to order the new items and have a "credit" on our account with them.

I am incredibly impressed with the personal service and absolutely delightful people who work there (so not be put off by the email only enquiries, they get back to you immediately).

Please support this great independent company; they deserve to succeed.

Ordered a maple P-bass neck. It turned up really quickly and was of an especially high quality. Amazing given the price.

My Korala Concert Uke arrived less than 24 hours from placing order. Packaging was exceptional and the Uke itself is wonderful. Dangleberry will be my first port of call for music needs in the future.

I got the guitar strap pretty fast, with no problems. The service was very good as well. The strap was better than expected, the design is very beautiful. It was a gift for my boyfriend, and since I gave it to him he uses it every day. It's been almost 2 months and it's in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this product!!!

When I read Dangleberry's own review of the Richwood Acoustic Guitars I thought 'oh Yeah, easy said' - but eventually I took the plunge and bought - now I am completely bowled over by the looks, playability and plain quality of workmanship. Dangleberry are absolutely right - if it said 'Taylor' or 'Gibson' on the headstock it would have cost thousands, but would sound no better!
Make no mistake about it, my cutaway, dreadnaught acoustic with Grover tuners is a very fine instrument indeed. Peter O'Donnell

Everyone enjoyed the photoshoot - especially the baby! A lovely relaxed atmosphere made sure that the photos were just great! Lots of unusual shots, and a really professional but personal service - nothing was too much trouble to make sure we got the photos we wanted.
