Disappointing as the shoes that were sent were very wide. They are not giving me the option to return and refund but for me to buy another pair for 50% off but it is not 50% off at all but only a few pounds. Avoid!!!

The customer service is efficient, reactive and they sent the perfect pair of shoes for my wide feet. Amazing experience and product!

I ordered a white shoe from the website, however the shoe i received was pink. when i emailed the customer service they said "Thank you for your feedback about the website photo and we will improve the pictures in the future"
no full refund was given as it cost a lot to send the incorrect shoe back, when it was falsely represented on the website. this company just takes your money and doesnt send you the correct product

The Shoes were timely arrived before the Tango Three days Marathon , which was held in London, UK 🇬🇧 for three days.
Well fitted comfortable light shoes 👞 (2 pairs ordered) helped to endured several journeys of dancing daily. It looked smart, elegant for the occasion 👌

I ordered a pair of dancing shoes on the 27th of May, but they never arrived though in the status on the website it was marked as delivered. So I contacted the customer service.As a result of our correspondence the manager made a a decision to replace the shoes that had been lost by the courier and this time the shoes were successfully delivered.
I am very happy with this item, this is the second time I’ve ordered the same product and I am very pleased with the quality of the shoes, excellent communication and outstanding customer service provided by the customer service team and their team leader.

My Lavendar practice shoes fit perfect. Love them

The shoes are beautiful but just too tight on my feet and I cant wear them sadly. The length of my foot was correct but the toes are right at the edge and no good for dancing. This is the same with the other two pairs I bought. I guess a half size or a shoe one size bigger would fit better. Is it possible to return them for a size bigger? They are still as new in the box.

The size was perfect! The desine and the materials as well as the manufacturing was excellent! When I wear them is like flying!

Loved the shoes, I use them every day, not on the dancing floor though as they have rubber soles. Notice I had to buy size 40 instead of 38 in order to fit me.
Communication with customer service was perfect, they were really helpful answering all my questions asap.
I will definitely buy again, such designs are difficult to find elsewhere!

Firstly I ordered the wrong size and I had a vert prompt email to say I could exchange them..I received the correct size on Friday and was extremely pleased how nice there were Very comfy and lovely and light weight .

Purchased my shoes. The size guide was correct. The shows came with in the time stated. They fit well and are very comfortable. My only issues is I wore them for a video shoot where a rain machine was used and they got very wet (obviously). The next day (when used again) it came apart on the inside near the front (only a little bit). I super glued it and I am hoping that fixes it. I wouldn't say this is a 100% fault of the manufacturer. I would just say to be mindful if you are in a scenario where they can get very wet. I'm sure a little water should be fine. Overall I'm very pleased.
