The machine quality is excellent (Multitech 910.38), the operation is really easy and the packaging was great. The package was missing some components by mistake, but the company and Mr. Marko responded immediately to my request and delivered the missing components asap! Thank you for the support!!

I would I loved to found a partner in France for a checkup and some periodic control of my combo.

I had a problem with my lathe Multitech 800, I needed a new part as a bushing had broken. I sent an email explaining the problem, I also sent supporting pictures of the issue.
I received a reply from Marco within a couple of hours, exchange of questions and sugestions, then replacement parts dispatched the next day!

i have bought I bought industrial equipment from this supplier. I can recommend the correctness, support and assistance offered, both at the time of purchase, and the technical support offered during commissioning. the delivery was made to Romania under optimal conditions and within the mutually agreed terms

Low quality, very bad materials.motor and sensor with problem.

Not a great start.
Full payment was demanded before delevey. However only part of the order was delevered. I had to wait several months for the rest of the machines. I was not notified that part of the delevery was not available when full payment was demanded.

When i received the machines I saw that there seemed to be used parts installed. The parts were damaged, dusty, had protective plastic wrapping removed and even had a broken used screw grip.

Extremely poor quality woodworking machines built in China and imported and labeled as their own.

I brought a complete workshop full of machines and all are just so problematic and of such terrible quality.

SLIDING TABLE SAW TSI SUPER 3000. Supplied with used parts fitted and broken grips and missing parts.
Emergency stop buttons didn't work. Saw blade carriage moved sideways and twisted and cause the blade to cut into the sliding table causing damage. Drive belt tore its self to pieces as it was fitted upside-down.
The sliding table sits tilted and not flat to the top of the saw table causing all cuts to be angled.
Riving knife bent and twisted. Saw hood guard broke in the 1st week.

Bandsaw PRIMA 45 will not start unless I pull down on the blade to start the rotation. Ive had new capacitors and a new motor but it did not help.
An upper blade guide clamp has broken in half. Upper and lower thrust bearing jammed up resulting in the blade cutting into the bearings. Lower blade guide system factory mounted on an angle so it was impossible to cut straight without the blade wandering or twisting.

Combination Planner. Delevered with missing screws. Thicknesses FMC 410 tables dropped at both ends making it impossible to flatten a board. 90 degree fence is completely unstable and will not remain at 90 degrees to the table.
Planner blade are so dented they look like the were run over by a forklift with chains for tyres.

WOOD LATHE TORNADO MODEL is a complete joke. Supplied with no mounting srews to atach the to the stand.
Worn head bearings that rattle like they were never packed with grease. A Tail stock that is bent. The tool rest is manufactured bent.

The DUST COLLECTOR FOR WOODWORKING MACHINES DM2 are the only things that actually work as they should.

Do not buy any of their machine as the will only cause you major stress and problems. You will spend more time trying to get them to function correctly than machining wood with them.

I bought two machines of this brand, directly from the producer. I had no problems with the machines, the quality is directly matched with the price range. Communication with the staff was very positive, some problems with delivery were solved very smoothly. I can thanks to Ms Giulia and Ms Katheryna for cooperation.

I bought a MULTITECH 800-3L combination lathe/milling machine from Damatomachine.
My initial correspondence was with Alexandra and she was incredibly helpful. I purchased the machine and a multitude of extras for it and had it delivered to Ireland. All this process was very impressive.

The machine itself is very good. It’s a little rough around the edges but for the money it’s great value. There are very simple things they could change in the machine to make it better but all these things are simple projects to do on the machine to get yourself up to speed so it’s no big deal.

One example is the coolant hose. On the stand alone lathe it wouldn’t be an issue but on my machine it has to cross the mounts for the milling machine which puts a sharp bend on the hose which stops the fluid. I ended up cutting the straight steel pipe that bolts to the frame through a bracket and welded it at an angle and it works perfect now.

The other issue I have is my machine comes with a very poor manual. The manual is essentially only for the lathe. The front cover has a picture of the machine that includes the mill but apart from that it makes no reference to the milling machine or it’s servicing requirements or even the basic features.

I did get on to damatomachine and I spoke to Clara who was pretty unhelpful. She replied to my email in French initially and then when I asked her to speak English she replied with the same manual I got with the machine and still no details about the mill. When I asked for more info and inquired about purchasing additional extras for the machine she replied again in French so I gave up and ordered the extras from a different company.

Overall I’m very pleased with the machine, it has lots of work done so far and it’s going like clockwork but the after-sale service leaves a lot to be desired.

The support team is there to help you. I emailed them and I got a response from Marco very fast and he was able to communicate in English with me (I am in France). I was pleasantly surprised and I am very happy. Keep up the good work Marco and the team.
