Where is my mask that I ordered a year ago?

I ordered a mask from this company in June 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. Unfortunately, as of now, September 2021, I haven't heard from them. I keep on emailing since last year and they keep on saying that they are doing their best to resolve this. They keep on saying that they send a follow-up regarding this and currently waiting. The problem is they can't return my money.

That ripped me off too

That ripped me off too. Has been almost a year of runaround for some masks. I have asked for a refund - have asked to simply get the products - always get the same excuses about COVID shipping delays. Now the emails get rejected. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish I could give this company-5…

I wish I could give this company-5 stars

THE MOST USELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!! I’m waiting now for about 8month for Maaks that I ordered. These people reply to my email but never give me a tracking number. Always just apologising and asking me to be patient . They riding this pandemic gravy train like you won’t believe, blaming everything on covid delays.

I don’t even think the financial loss is worth the headache emailing them anymore. Despite spending over R3000 with them. Just eats me away to know that they do this to people and that is why I keep going back and forth with them. Fffffffffffff !!!

Never order from this company people you’ll be disappointed and and rip-off if I could give a minus number I would.

Wish I could have rated them a zero star

If I could have rated them a zero star, I would. **DO NOT ORDER FROM DAISY PEACH or their sister organization, Woody Trail. I ordered a face mask and several replacement filters for the mask on June 7. Almost immediately, my credit card was charged for the order. Weeks went by with no additional notification. I emailed them several times and they told me "they appreciated me notifying them so they could look into it." Finally, on June 30th, I receive a shipping notification from CHINA!! I had no idea it was from China or I would not have placed an order. The order arrived today, July 15 and the inside of the packing bag was soaking wet! I hoped the mask and filters would be okay as they were individually wrapped. No. They are all soaking wet as well and smelled of mildew. Who wants to wear a face mask and filters full of mildew and mold? Of course, their return policy is 30 days from the DATE OF ORDER, so you have NO chance of knowing there is a problem in time. I've emailed them (for the fifth time). We'll see what response I get, but I'm sure I'll just have to write this off as lesson learned.

DAISY PEACH, Fraud or Totally Incompetent

DAISY PEACH appears to be either a flat out scam or is one of the most incompetent Chinese operated companies (sorry to say, there are a lot of them).

I've ordered a number of masks from Facebook advertisers. Some better than others but all sent the order in due time.

Yes, I should have researched this outfit but I failed to do so and I am now paying the price.

Placed an order in mid-May. It has not arrived, not even been shipped. They give you the impression that the product is in stock and available to be shipped immediately. I even paid for priority S/H. It is now a week into July and I just got a shipping tracking number. Would it surprise you if the number is also bogus. Well that seems to be the case as well.

Emailed them several times requesting an update and then later demanding the order be canceled and refunded. I will say whoever writes their responses is quite a wordsmith. A casual read will make you think that all is well. However, being a bit of a wordsmith myself I know how to read things carefully. They actually failed to really say anything.

I will file with my bank and the Illinois State Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Office.
