Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service.
Purchased online over a month ago, and haven’t heard from the company ever since, until I reached out myself. After asking for the status of the order,Jørgen told me that it will take another 2 weeks to deliver. I was not satisfied with the case and asked to some kind of solution for this. Jørgen came up with very creative one - he CANCELLED my order.
Absolutely ridiculous!
And please, who ever replies on those reviews, spare your time replying me copy-paste crap about reaching out to some email for looking into the case further. Shame on you.

I did not expect great quality considering the affordable price for SKAB SPACE HV. HG 116CM.70409- but I am very disappointed.
Delivery service was good - but my recommendation would be to pay a little extra, and get something that looks better and lasts more than a second...

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! Ordered the goods and waited, and waited. After a month I wrote an email asking where are the things I've ordered - they said it will come in 2 weeks. Long story short - 3 months of waiting only to be rudely told (after a few emails I've sent - they have never informed me about the goods on their own!) that they have annuled the order?!
Honestly don't know how is it possible they still have a website and all, they are def not legit.

Worst than buying from loppemarked/Facebook giveaway
Worst than buying from loppemarked. Cheap quality, bad customer service. If you are ok buying things without them taking responsibility, go ahead and buy from them.
Bought a sofa and 4 dining chairs, the quality of them were so bad that the chairs got unremovable stain from them and the leader sofa surface was worn off. Some people give away better quality stuff on Facebook giveaway pages.
They know how to deny reklamation because they asked how I clean my sofa, I said I use a soft cloth to dust it daily, then they said I needed to buy a special cleaner from them that NO ONE has ever told us to buy or to use. Not even a brochure or a link.
I saw people giving away better condition sofa than the one I actually paid money to buy.
I'll never buy anything from this shop and will tell everyone to avoid it.
Buy it from Ikea because at least you can go there if you have any question and they actually have a functioning customer service!
Update: Daells Bolighus replied that I should write to them again with the same email address. Why? I have already raised my case so what's new?

Crappy Sofas
Unfortunately, we don't have zero start option here, they don't deserve even for for one damn star.
They've sent me faulty sofas, now I am wasting my precious time to just making photo every day. They are really sick people at service department. There is no quality check before delivery, and the problem is in their damn production. On top of that their 30 days return policy is just a big fraud! BIG liars. They have lot's of exception to not accept return their product, I tried to return them 1 hour after delivery! Can you imagine 1 hour, and they didn't accept that because I open the seal! Trust me, Please don't support this damn business by buying garbage.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the way it has been handled.
I have found your case and the pictures that we have asked for, is the samme that the automatic reply wrote that we needed for us to look at the case, so as we didn't get them, we ask for them in a few emails afterwords. We only ask for de things that we need to look at it, so without them, then we unfortunately cant get further on the case.
It is corret that that to return items bought in our store, it needds to be unopened and i its original package. The reason for this is, that the item cant be resold. The right to claim and return is two diffrent things, so therefore return follow the terms for that (it says it on you reciept and all places we write about return), and claim follow the terms for claims, which is different.
I can see that you have sent some new pictures, so customer service will look at them when they get to your case and get back to you.
