Extremely Dishonest
Extremely Dishonest, I asked them for a 3 Year Fixed price quote as well as comparison for a year, the 3 year option as you would expect came out a little more but I selected this to save the hassle of moving each year. A year in and they have sent me a price review dramatically increasing the price, even though my contract has 36month terms and a price listed. On questioning these they say that in the accompany terms and conditions it say you are subject to an annual price review regardless to agreeing a 3 year term, which makes the whole process of paying more for a 3 year term pointless and open to extortion. If you are going to use these only do one year and be ready to switch at the end of it before they fleece you.

This unfortunately has represented its own unique sets of challenges and at times has led to an increase in simple administrative errors. We unreservedly apologise that you received an email which was not for your fixed product but for an alternative tracker APR product. Rest assured we will not be increasing your prices at any duration of the contracted period.
Rest assured this was never a deliberate tactic to increase our margins. We simply don’t work this way and we wish to build a long term relationships with all our customers. Excellent supplier in a crowded market
I've been with D-ENERGi now for five years and have one business account and three domestic accounts. I look closely at the market for every contract renew and D-ENERGi are always competitive with excellent staff and clear concise bills and policies.

No complaints
Chose D-ENERGi because they came out cheapest for electricity on a comparison website. Everything has been straightforward and I don't have any complaints (though leaving EDF energy when our previous contract expired was a bit of a pain).

We have just swapped our business electricity supply with D-Energi and it has all gone smoothly. No problems at all.
I'm a little unsure about not having unit rates written on our bill but at least all our monthly payments will be the same I just hope that we don't get any nasty surprises at the end of the year.

Far from honest
I looked to get pricing from D-energi for my HH electricity supply, pricing was given last Thursday, then confirmed & improved at 0830 this am, at 1030 I received a follow up phone call to say they could not honour the pricing of 2 hours earlier, as the pricing had changed
they could not provide any justification for the price change, I consider their actions and explanations to be far from honest

After you spoke to Mo this morning we first became aware of a reduced capacity charge on your bill. The rates we initially offered where based upon on higher capacity charges. This meant coupled with a reduced capacity charge and an increase in wholesale prices we could no longer hold the initial prices and unfortunately had to be updated. We work to small margins, as an independent. We would like the opportunity to put this right as discussed over the phone if you have not made your decision, we will try our best to find you the best possible deal.
