Bought a brand new Align UAV from d.edition in April 2016. I built the UAV and found one of the retract motors to be faulty. I then returned the faulty retract motor to d.edition, which they then took over two weeks to let me know the part had been sent to the manufacturer and that they would let me know their response. Another three weeks pass and after two more emails from me I'm told they should have a new one by the end of July.. 4 months later, still no retract motor, no refund or explanation of what is going on.
