Poor customer service & delivery
I ordered a bike on Sunday for my son. The website said delivery in 1 to 3 days. On the 4th day the bike was still not sent with the order status being listed as 'behandlas' which is the same status as when it was first ordered . No answer to the customer service enquiry and the customer service phone number on the site does not connect. Disappointing.

Excellent range, cheapest prices
Not always the quickest to deliver, and their delivery prices are a bit high, probably because they seem to be based in Sweden. But when the goods themselves are so cheap, there isn't much cause for complaint. Direct payment through Nordea bank is a good idea.
