Once again my bike needed a few jobs doing on it,took it to the guys at cycle addicts,the customer service is second to none!..these guys look after you and your bike,can’t recommend them enough,my bikes like new again,cheers guys!

Placed order online, got call to say it wasn't in stock so I asked to cancel it and get refund, after many calls chasing this refund over 14 days I contacted bank for charge back which I now have thanks to my Bank sorting it out
Ordered on the 8th
Waited until the 15th
No response to e-mails or FB messages
Item hasn't arrived so now need to claim chargeback
Won't be dealing with this bunch again!

I'm guessing online retail is their weakness...
I have no idea if their products are any good. They promise to send my parts on Friday, guaranteed to be with me on Monday. Called on Tuesday and they said they'd send that day. It never turned up. They were pretty rude about it over the phone. At least they eventually refunded so i could order from someone else.
I appreciate bike shops are busy (keep in mind they are making money hand over fist during lockdown!) but that doesn't excuse 'forgetting' to do what you promised you'd do because you got distracted talking to someone. (Their words,not mine...)
