She never got the flowers and I was ignored.
I’ve used this company for every big day of the year that I send flowers to my girlfriend and everything usually is great. However, this year for Valentine’s Day the flowers I scheduled never made it and when I made a phone call and sent an email I got no response. Very disappointing. I hope someone responds to this so we can work it out because I’d like to keep using this company.

According to the report from our local florist, the flowers were delivered on February 14th and, as with previous deliveries, they were left with the reception at the location.
As mentioned in our Delivery Policy, if there are any issues with an order, we kindly ask customers to contact our 24/7 Customer Support within 48 hours after delivery, so we can investigate promptly with the florist. This order was delivered about 10 days ago, and unfortunately we did not receive any messages from your email address or through your account on our website during that time.
That said, we truly value you as a returning customer and would like to clarify the situation. Please contact our support team directly so we can review the delivery details with you and make sure everything is properly resolved.

Excellent!!! I needed flowers delivered to my boyfriend in Finland for St. Valentine’s Day. I admit that I was a little skeptical at first, but the company delivered on their promises. The flowers made it there on-time and they sent me a nice photo of my guy getting his flowers. That photo is now the wallpaper on my phone. I highly recommend them!

I live in the US, and my Valentine currently lives in Germany to care for her aging parents. So Valentine's Day is a challenge. Yet for three years now, CyberFlorist has unfailingly made sending her flowers in Germany dependably easy. And each year the quality of the bouquet which arrived has been fresh and beautiful. Even though the flower design was not what I ordered it was a beautiful arrangement, they were delivered with care and on time.
If the arrangement of flowers was not changed to a more basic arrangement then I would have given 5 stars.
