A good personal experience giving clear instructions and all the help you need with any queries. Online application easy to navigate and acceptance given very quickly ( in my case) and the whole process up to and including delivery of the vehicle was faultless. Administration fee was reasonable and good value for money for what was provided

Where to start…! I started looking around for lease car providers after being let down elsewhere. I was advised my original car was coming on the 5th March and eventually after a predicted delay of over 3 months, I then started to explore other providers. I spoke with a number of companies who couldn’t match my quote for my original car and sent me the obligatory “we’ll let you know if anything comes in” email, before finding and contacting CVSL.

Upon first contact with Andy, the service was exactly what you would want/hope it to be. Andy explored alternative car options with me after listening to my spec of what I needed, which resulted in me settling on a vehicle much more fit for purpose than my original choice, not to mention cheaper. I immediately felt much more trusting due to the consistent and frequent updates that Andy provided, making me feel involved in the process and completely in the loop. The turnaround speed was incredible and everything was moved along so swiftly and efficiently, even due to Andy pushing for the earliest possible delivery date for my car as he knew I’d been delayed so long by the previous company.

I can’t fault anything about this company and service, and Andy in particular has just been fantastic at guiding me through the process and making me feel like I’m a valued customer. They will be my first port of call when it’s next time for me to upgrade my car and I would highly recommend them above any other car lease company.
