SNEAKY PRACTICES, BAIT AND SWITCH + NO RETURNS
BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE... I purchased a camera case that was described as including a "3.0" LCD Protector" It was NOT included with my order. I was traveling and sent an email to customer support. They told me I had not paid for the LCD protector so they only sent the camera case. After confirming the website description today, I called and was told the "Buy Now" button that I choose did not include the bonus LCD protector and I should have known that. It was a free bonus item that they thought I didn't want. Only if I now send additional shipping will they provide what was described. I was hung up on by the lady. Very unprofessional and sneaky.
