Great variety to choose from, always something on the site that I want!

Wouldn’t shop any other place for plugs and stretchers. Extremely quick delivery, reasonable prices and a whole variety of different plugs and stretchers, plus more. Bought a few sets of plugs over the years and been pleased every time. A few years ago when a glass plug fell and smashed, customer service were really helpful and offered a discount to replace it.

I absolutely love custom plugs! i’ve been buying off them for the last four years and they consistently have a really great selection, I particularly love the ear weight selection.

Customer service is also really great, I once ordered a pair that unfortunately was out of stock and they hadn’t updated the website, correspondence was really great and they let me choose my own replacement + sent me a free pair for the trouble.

Will always go back to them for my plugs!

Carmie is AMAZING! 💖 I made a big (for me anyway) order of plugs.. And made the school boy error of ordering the wrong sizes.🙈I had one of my ears fixed years ago, and haven't treated myself to any decent plugs since, so I just presumed the ones I had were sized right. They weren't. I needed 2 sizes bigger. Carmie was awesome, she also didn't make me feel like an idiot 😂 she exchanged my order, no problems, I'm very appreciative!💖 xxx 😘 thanks so much!

Fantastic service , used a few times for silicone tunnels but decided to order some custom wood plugs and took less than 2 days from order to being in my hands. And the quality, I don’t think it could get any better. Above and beyond what I expected

They have amazing high quality products, and a wide variety of plugs! But what stood out the most was how incredibly amazing, quick and helpful was the customer support! I faced some problems with the customs' fees in my country and they managed to help out and decrease them substantially! They are so amazingly helpful that I couldn't recommend them enough!

I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I think it is definitely deserved.

I ordered 19mm Black Onyx Tunnels, however when they arrived I could tell straight away the size was not right.
I emailed customer support and in no time at all I had a reply asking for a photo of the product and the receipt which came with it, which I didn't have as I must have thrown it away.

Even without the receipt, customer support were amazing and because the stone tunnels can sometimes not be true to size they asked me to pick out any replacement on the site and it would be sent out right away.

This warrants 5 stars, massively. Never had customer service like it from any company!

Always had good experiences with UKCustom plugs. Designs are always great, service is always top quality whenever needed and the prices are decent. I've been buying from this company for years and I can't think of anything to criticise them about.

I have ordered once or twice from here and each time I have been very happy with the purchases. If you are looking for affordable jewellery that looks great then look no further.

Recently had an issue with an item which I could not get on with, and the customer support has been great (Carmie) - very helpful, quick and very professional. Something you don't get with many companies now, so it is refreshing to have such great interactions with real people who is want to help and make your experience better.

Also if you get ordering at the right time they have a free plug offer, which has been a nice addition - allowing me to increase my collection and try new style plugs I never would have attempted.

The pricing and quality is great, the customer service is amazing, they are quick to respond and I trust that when I order something like amethyst that's what I'm getting. Some places try to sell dyed glass or other material as a genuine crystal/stone but not this company. I recently dropped a plug I JUST got from maybe 6 inches and it broke but they are replacing the pair. The shipping is longer for me being in the US but that's to be expected. Thank you Carmie for your amazing customer service!
