I’ve been ordering from custom plugs over several years now and I’ve always been happy with the quality of what I’ve received. They have great customer service and I’ve even got free plugs before for being a returning customer. I will always use them for my plug fix!

Fantastic customer service
My first time purchasing from Custom Plugs and an error on my part I ordered the wrong stretching kit. So I popped over an email to the team and received an email back from Carmelo who couldn't of been more helpful.
Customer service from Carmelo was absolutely fantastic and my new dead stretching kit arrived very quickly!

Terrible Cistomer Service
They refuse to give you the Royal Mail tracking information - forcing you to download the third party Shop App - which Royal Mail doesn’t even provide the tracking and delivery details to anyway! Other companies like ASOS & Discount Dragon also use this app - but still provide customers with the Royal Mail tracking number so you can look it up for yourself. That’s good customer service. Custom Plugs isn’t.

The variety
The variety, and number of options to choose from is incredible. The choice of various material to choose from is great and I especially love the engraved wooden designs, they’re insanely cool. Ordering was super easy and the pricing is very reasonable, and delivery is exceptionally fast

Zero complains!
I ordered some glass plugs from here, as I was looking to continue dead stretching but didn't wanna wait for an order from Body Art Forms. Especially for just 2 glass plugs. Navigating the website was very easy, and I managed to find some red glass plugs on sale! I snatched them up immediately as red is one of my favourite colours, and the checkout process was simple. I got emails keeping me up to date on my order, and the plugs arrived quickly. The quality of them are on par with all my other glass plugs, and I cannot complain in the slightest for the price I paid.
