Great experience! Quality product!
This was my first time using Custom Patch Hats. We had a quick turnaround time for 500 hats. The team was easy to work with and helped guide me through the entire process. They reminded me of due dates and followed up when needed. The product itself was great! We received tons of compliments on the quality of the hats during our trade show. Looking forward to future projects!

Wrong hat color
Patch quality is great, embroidery is great, but it was sewn on the wrong hat color :/
Having to collect bulk money to generate orders is risky inside the Army and opens us up to legal risk. Having the ability to pool money in a shop until a threshold is reached would avoid this.

Hidden costs too much
Nice hats...just way to expensive...with exchange rate and then I had to pay duty on top of that...you should have told me that wasn't included. Probably won't use your company again...too bad
