Great customer service
I work with a lot of vendors and Custom Patch Hat is by for the most efficient and flexible one. They were able to add more items on last minute without any hassle on short notice and were very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

Very satisfied with my order! The designers are friendly and quick to get back to me regarding any questions or concerns I may have. I would definitely use CPH in the future and recommend them to others.
The only thing I think could be improved upon is that it felt very strange to be communicating everything through email. I wish there were accounts with CPH that had chat data as well as recent orders all together on the website for easy access and that extra bit of professionalism/cohesion.
If I could give a 4.5 I would. Altogether very satisfied!
