no one answers the phone, no update and did not deliver on day predicted. of course I have already been charged...why no one has replied?

They sent me a sweatshirt that was not the same dimensions listed on the website and was extremely small even though it said "runs large". It also changed from a Hanes sweatshirt to a Cotton Heritage sweatshirt at checkout. The company and website are very deceiving and when I contacted them, they basically said "it's your fault for ordering the wrong size". I had previously ordered the exact same sweatshirt twice in this size as well. Instead I received a way smaller, different branded sweatshirt that cost me $50.

I contacted the company because my original tracking email said that I should have my shirts by the 24th, which was the next day, yet clicking the link indicated that they were still in production and not even shipped yet. Bernie responded to my concern and said that they would talk to the production crew. I got a notification the next day that my shirts had shipped.

Bernie Really helped us out! We had a problem with our design printing color to show the accurate design in full detail and they helped us out with fiing and rushing the order

I have had printing questions and order changes etc and every time I reach out someone gets back to me right away to help me with the issue. I had a small issue with how my sweatshirt was printed. I contacted Customized Girl via email, they got back to me right away, and they helped me resolve the problem quickly and easily.

I order custom shirts as a Father’s Day tradition, but I ordered late this year. I reached out to see if anything could be done to expedite my order and was pleased to find that Bernie did a great job of responding to my email quickly. She passed my concern along to CG’s production team and they were able to send the order faster. The shirts came in time and looked great!

They did awesome helping with my order. They contacted until we had it perfect.

Received my order but it was missing the personalization on the back of one tank top. Email communications were quick and the issue was resolved immediately! They are sending out a new tank at no charge. Incredible customer service, great quality clothing.
