Bait and Switch on pricing
I used the option to have everyone make their own orders. This way, they could pay for their own orders. I not only fulfilled the minimum order I had told CustomInk I would be buying, but even had more orders. When it came time to complete the order, though, CustomInk then charged me personally MORE for the shirts. They should have adequately charged for the shirts in the first place, based on the number of shirts I said I would order. It's kind of a bait and switch. I was just the coordinator of buying the shirts--why should I have to then chip in for other people's shirts because CustomInk did not properly list the price? The shirts seem fine, so I give it two stars. It seems shady what they did.

Amazing Quality Aparel
I got tshirts, collared shirts and hoodies made for my company back in 2015. After 11 years no matter how much they are worn and no matter how many times they have been laundered, they are still like brand new. Not even a little bit of fading!! I don't believe I have ever come across such good quality apparel.
I am not sure what kind of voodoo you are using, but keep up the good work. I'm starting to think that my hoodie is going to outlast me!!

Late arrival
I had placed an order on Monday, June 1st, with a guaranteed delivery on Friday, June 5th, but my order was delivered on Monday, June 8th. The event was on the 7th.
The quality of the work was great; however, it didn't arrive on time.

Loyal customer lost after $800 wasted
I ordered about $800 work of shirts for by small business. The design process and ordering was very simple.
But when I received the shirts they were skin tight fitted shirts. This is the down side of ordering online. I trusted since the website said 100% guarantee that I was comfortable ordering the shits. But when I called and advised that they are unwearable and way too small, I was told that I could get 30% off another order and nothing can be done unless they was a problem with them. For the past 10 years I have never ordered any of our company shirts from anyway other than here. I spent $800 on what will now be the most expensive rags I have ever purchased. And you have lost a loyal customer. I recommend to find a local shop to order from so you can try them on.
