Ordered a splashback with one of my own photos and it came out beautifully!! Really happy with the results

Lovely Splashback, just what I wanted.

SCAM, AVOID – REFUND WITHHELD, Reported to Trading Standards
I ordered a custom splashback which arrived incorrectly sized. Their website repeatedly failed when entering measurements — both I and my kitchen installer experienced the same issue. A second order was placed with the correct dimensions.
I clearly told the company to refund the first (incorrect) order and keep the second. Despite this being explained multiple times, they delayed by repeatedly asking which order I meant, then stopped responding altogether.
Weeks later, no refund has been issued. I am out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I have now contacted my card provider for a chargeback and reported the company to Trading Standards.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Beautiful products and great customer service

I orders a custom splashback with one of my photographs from here and it was great quality and their customer service was great!

Ordered custom made copper coloured splash back.
Delivered when stated
Two out of four corners damaged.
Reported with 24 hours. No response for over a week (even though I rang to confirm receipt of the email) left with little option - I managed to use and hide the damage (just) asked for a little refund to compensate- now ignoring emails.

Poor communications - ordered a sample on understanding cost would be refunded on a full order, refund not forthcoming, and multiple emails ignored.

Ordered a panel to replace a damaged splash back . Came with terrible water marks on both sides .contacted nicola who asked for pictures which j sent . They replaced with an equally poor panel . I contacted and again produced pictures . Recieved an e.ail 5 min before they closed at easter saying produ lion manager not replacing .so no refund no panel .I have emailed every day and phoned with no reply . Do not use this company look at reviews .I have raised with fraud team and trading standards . AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Oh how I wish I’d read these poor reviews!
Terrible company who ignore emails and consumer law.
We ordered splashback and upon its arrival noticed that the packaging was completely unmarked and undamaged so naturally assumed that the splashback was in perfect condition. We were not ready to install for a couple of days so thought it was safer to keep the splashback in its packaging.
Unfortunately when we opened the packaging a couple of days later it was very apparent that the splashback was badly damaged and due to the packaging showing no signs of trauma the item must have left the warehouse in this poor condition.
Upon contacting the company we were told that we had accepted the product and 24 hours had passed so nothing could be done. They did offer us a replacement at a discounted price. However we would then be left with a damaged splashback and a very expensive new one so the offer did not represent good customer service in our opinion.
Following some research we found that as online customers we are protected by law and can return an item at cost to the company for no other reason other than changing our mind. I have explained this to the company and sent copies of our legal rights which they have chosen to ignore. I suggested they consider a partial refund of an acceptable amount as a resolution for this matter but have been ignored.
I will now be taking the matter to the trading standards.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are unhelpful and do not follow consumer rights and quite honestly do not deserve your custom.
Ps .. keep reading the other reviews and you will see I’m not the only one who feels this way.

The worktop is good, but installed not enough 3 months, one of the junctions cracked.
And no feedback at all after sending several emails.

Despite providing accurate measurements the splashback panel arrived the wrong size.

Mistakes happen and so I offered to send it back to be resized and was happy to pay the cost.

However, I was ignored for 6 weeks with no contact or reply to my emails.

Finally received a response dismissing my concerns and offering no solution.

Do not use this company. Complete amateurs with absolutely no customer service skills.

Still no refund. So untrustworthy.

Delayed order, then once received the splashback was damaged. We were only offered a £15 refund on a £160 splashback. Though this was an insult, we really wanted to fit the splashback that we got and so reluctantly accepted it. A month later and still no refund, despite numerous emails sent.

Avoid.

This is such a shame to write this as there is so much positive reviews on this company. I too were hoping to have the same experience. I too ordered a sample. A small square arrived. It was thinking perfect. This will look good. My old glass splash backs looked tired an worn. They needed brightening up. I placed the order. They arrived relatively quick. The order just turned up. (No warning - phew I was in) My husband spent one day putting one side up. The gloss side of the splash backs. Something was just not sitting right with me. I couldn’t put my finger on it. I was thinking. Is it my cupboards. Do they now need changing. The day after. We started to do the other side of the kitchen. My husband losing patience. I said. Shall we do it on the matt side and I will order another piece. I’m just not sure on the gloss. It all went up and he did a perfect job. Brilliant I thought!! Problem was. The splash backs are all PALE BLUE!!!
I am struggling to get the company to recognise this and help me resolve this.
I have been advised that this can happen depending on who they purchase from. This is not my fault and I ordered “WHITE”. The company are not replying to my emails. Through no fault of my own.

We ordered a personalised splashback with a photo that meant a lot to us. It came out fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Over the moon.

Absolutely love the splashback. The sample was great. The packaging for the splashback was incredible, they really look after the order. Delivery was all within time. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend to everyone.

I am so impressed with this company. I ordered my custom splash back and it arrived within a week. The packaging was really sturdy with a wooden frame to protect the spashback. The colour and quality are fabulous and it looks fantastic now it has been fitted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
