My point of view with Custom Cable

From the time I walked into Custom Cable I felt very welcomed. The onsite specialist "Gigi" ensured me of how Custom Cable operates in detail. She went over all information with me throughly. She was able to answer any question that I had for her. Gigi also gave me information to read up on in more detail of my position and what will be expected from me as an associate with Custom Cable. The interview with the supervisor was very successful and understanding. I would recommend anyone to work at Custom Cable.

Bad at first but ended good

Finally received some communication from this company. They were very helpful in getting my order taken care of. Still wish there would have been some communication from the company letting me know that there were some issues with one of my items that I ordered and they had none in stock, but they did send me the part they did have. Item was exactly what I ordered and there prices are good. I would now order from these guys again, as they have some stuff that is hard to find elsewhere.




It has been a month since my order. They wont reply to Multiple emails phone calls don't work. Finally got someone on live chat said they would send product by end of week. 2 weeks later still no contact from company. Finally got another person on live chat then they stopped responding to me mid chat. Tried to start another chat over and over no response. Completely avoid this company!!!! Glad I used PayPal as I have some a way to get my money back! Again don't use this company it is not worth it. Don't be blinded by the good reviews here pay attention to the two real reviews don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Fabulous

I've bought several expensive and cheaper items from Custom Cable. Always great advice and equally prompt service, no reservations in recommending them to you. They will recommend a cheaper item to you if in their opinion it is equal to or better in performance to the item you are interested in.

Thanks for the brilliant service.

I ordered some new pads for my headphones on Thursday May 29th at about 6.30pm. An email confirming the order arrived within a minute or two. On Friday 30th at 6.11 pm, I received an email saying the order was complete and had been shipped. Today, Saturday May 31st, when I got back from a pub lunch, the pads were here.

The price was competitive and the cost of post and packing very reasonable. I really cannot imagine a better quality of service than this.

Although this is the first time I have purchased from Custom Cable, I have to say I am extremely impressed.

Superb customer service

Without doubt some of the best customer service I've come across. Prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful communication over email, followed by same day dispatch once an order was placed. I would not hesitate to recommend Custom Cable to anyone.

A very impressive service

I ordered a replacement headphone lead for my Sennheiser HD598s at 2:13pm. The order was dispatched the same day, and arrived the following day. It came well packaged, in perfect order. £9.67 for a genuine Sennheiser cable including shipping - ace!

Massive disappointment! Bad, Bad, Bad customer service!!!

What a waste of my time and money. Spoke with one guy online and got nice deal on speakers cable after few minutes of chat. Assured my speakers cable with be made as soon as possible and ALL IS IN STOCK. After two days I decided to chase it, not that Im impatient but to see exactly what they will say (test which I perform on stores I deal for the first time). Chatted again with the same man. Could not find out what is happening with my order. Said he will email details. Did not happen. Called them late afternoon and been told that cables are made and there is just an issue with internet? and they are having problem with dispatch. Im only assuming that the time between my chat and afternoon call has been spent on making those cables. Next day morning Ive got my cables. Nice one-special delivery for impatient customer. But it appeared they terminated my cables with cheap version of QED airlock that is not even available when placing order (only QED airloc forte is possible). Emailed them straight away(9:05am) with photos. No reply. At noon I chased same guy on chat. He says indeed there was a mixup??? and unfortunately QED airloc forte is out of stock????? BUT STILL they decided not to tell me about by even lying and sending product I did not order and maybe will not notice the difference??? WT.? So Im only assuming they treat other customers like idiots as well. I did get bit more discount but it was only after my advise/idea and after me chasing incorrect product.
Appalling customer service. Lack of professionalism and even a tiny bit of respect to customer.
If you order something and it is what you have ordered it will probably be fine but beware if its not right.
Never ever coming back.
