Akon has supplied products for several automotive projects that I’ve managed. Their customer service has been excellent, and all products were delivered on time. The quality is outstanding ,durable, long-lasting, and reliable. Even years after installation, we haven’t received a single customer complaint about performance or wear.

Ordered 2 covers. They were never made or shipped. The company created shipping labels with UPS and never shipped. They are refusing refund and shipping order. When confronted about this fact they continue to stall via email, never researched the problem or made good on the order. Had to force a charge back from AMEX and PayPal as they doubled down on lying.
The customer service is AI powered so no resolution can be achieved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM.

The customer service was very good and any questions I had were promptly addressed. the curtains were easy to install and work great in our barn/garage setup.

The customer service is great. We ordered clear curtains/tarps for our gazebo so we could be outside longer in the fall. They are amazing, very well made with quality materials. I highly recommend Akon.

I custom-configured two EV Charger Cable Management Track & Trolley sets from AKON Curtains and installed them in my garage for both of my EV chargers. They’ve exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The system keeps both the cable and charging connector off the floor, so they never get dirty or damaged. Pulling the cable out to plug in is effortless, and it retracts smoothly when not in use.

Robert Baldwin was my representative and made my experience seamless. I was well informed of purchase progress and due to our need of expediency was able through him to expedite our order a few weeks.

I had a question about the shipping cost. I called and it was explained very well. To save on the shipping cost I broke the order up into smaller lengths. Everything installed very easy and all worked out just fine.

I ordered out door curtains for my pergola. We love the material and finish. It’s accurately customized. Excellent customer service especially Michael Davis was great in helping us when we had minor issue.

The overwhelming customer service from getting a quote to the actual order to the shipping info. Even with the missing one piece of track it was a minimum time and a couple pics of the delivery to get that remedied.
