Appalling customer service
My TV which is less than a year old stopped being able to access apps through Freely. After 3 hour long phone calls they finally agreed to take it away and sort it out. But they couldn't put me through to arrange this, so had to phone another number who wanted me to go through all the checks again. They finally did collect, repair and deliver it back. But no-one could tell what me the problem and been, the repair done, replacement parts etc. But I was given a letter with a QR code, just tried this and was in queue for webchat and then got cut off. Curry's service is appalling, I was stymied at every stage, I will never buy from Curry's again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Delivery of washing machine
Went to Chichester currys on Sunday 13th September to buy a new washing machine we choose a candy they said we would have to wait for delivery min 10 days but today thursday 17th September had phone call to say machine would be delivered today brilliant service from store to delivery men very helpful & friendly

I have sent several emails from aprox a…
I have sent several emails from aprox a week after receiving my order to complain about the dishwasher which is not working properly, I kept getting fobbed off by Currys as everytime I sent an email, a different person would response and always the same, telling me to contact Hisence and giving me a phone number, but when I did contact that number they do not service Ireland
I eventually gave up, but I or my family or friends will never purchase anything from Currys again, the worst service I have ever encountered
