Great fast service, could not do enough for me thank you

I wanted to update my Apple Watch and I was assisted to buy the correct one for my needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and informative. My size was not in stock but I got it the next day and I’m very happy with it

Prompt delivery, good comms, efficient installation and removal of old unit for recycling.

Isadora was lively helpful and a real breath of fresh of air . She helped me with understanding options , offered appropriate advice and made the transaction fantastic . ( shame the managers at the tills were not so customer friendly , but my interaction with your colleague made up for it .
The product is brilliant and my old toaster had obviously been in its last legs for awhile …

bought a tv from currys had it a few days went faulty. so i upgraded the tv for a diffrent make. great experience can not them would buy from the again

Excellent staff Steve and service

I visited Curry's in Warrington on 14/09/27. The advisor helped me pick the ideal JVC TV which exactly matched my requirements. When I got the TV home the installation and set up were simply explained in the booklet provided, and the TV was on the wall, set up and I was watching Programmes within 20 minutes of taking it out of the box (Bracket already fitted to the wall). Picture quality is excellent, Freely simple to use. The TV was an excellent price. I genuinely couldn't be happier.

Ordering was simple, delivery was on time. The delivery/fitting guys were personable and efficient.

Andrea who served us was very informative and helpful.

bought items from currys yesterday for ps5, to be delivered today by 12pm dinner time, when i spoke to customer service they said just wait for items, right now they are over 1 hour after i paid for delivery option 1 £9.99 deliver before 12pm, when i quoted the consumer act of 2015 that a contract to deliver by 12pm had failed, i got the cold shoulder and just wait for delivery like tough who cares, but £9.99 and care plan at 34% a month over 36 months is a lot, just contacted DPD and surprise surprise not getting my parcel till tomorrow that 24 hours after it should have been delivered, :( angry right now and no refund for delivery,

ordered on line and collected within an hour. very good service

I ordered a monitor screen, mouse & USB stick (3 items) online to be delivered to the Currys store and ready for collection by Friday 11/09/2026. I thought collection in person from the store would be more convenient, and that items would be handled more safely than delivery to home. I made a BIG MISTAKE as I had been waiting at home for a collection notification the whole evening, then I woke up the next morning to track and call them — still they cannot track my items, whether they are still sitting in the warehouse or on the way, etc. So disappointed with Currys' handling of online purchases!

Shop assistant was very helpfull,talked me through everything even help with changing my internet provider

Bought a new computer and Jimmy set it all up for me. Brilliant service and everything working fine so much appreciation for Jimmy.

The product was available and the service was quick. I would have given 5 * but the product was available for me to see and get a tangible aspect of it. As a matter of fact there wasn't a single hoover dishwasher in the store on display.
