Today I wen to Curry’s in Taunton with my friend who wanted to purchase a battery vacuum,we waited to be served and eventually an assistant appeared,I commented that they should employ more staff,he said they have plenty of staff but they are all at lunch,and we came at the wrong time!!!!Wouldnt it be more sensible to stagger everyone’s lunch time??We waited an hour to get the right vacuum,two my friend chose were out of stock and one they couldn’t find the charger!!!ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!I suggest Curry’s get their act together!!!!!

Just it was a straight forward cash purchase of a iPhone 17 pro max and I was felt with efficiently and informative customer service thank you

Hello, very disappointing experience and as a very loyal customer who has purchased many items from this store over the years.

Powerbeats Pro 2 not fit for purpose as would not fit my wife’s ear canal. No options available in store to ‘try before you buy’. No flexibility in store from AM/Manager for a full refund or an exchange, at a paid cash price of £200 I would have expected a better response but fully understand your returns process and policy. These headphones were purchased by myself who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment for pancreatic cancer as a gift to my wife for all the love, care and support during this difficult time as she loves her running. A bit more flexibility in store would have been appreciated instead of now being stuck with an item that I have to try and resale at a loss no doubt. I will probably think twice before I purchase again.

Next day delivery - wow- I bought it just before closing the night before!!!!!

The chap who sold me my laptop was patient, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable .

The Gentleman called Kofi was informative and very helpful and the new washer dryer hisense a great new machine. My only thing that took some time was finding more explanation of usage and controls , now we have sorted that all is good. Probably just because we are older generation, I'm sure a younger person could do it in minutes lol

Had an oven delivered, was given a four hour slot the day before & then received a phone call when they were 20 minutes away, which I was pretty impressed with.
Friendly & polite guys & placed the oven where I wanted it.

I would give a zero if I could! Absolutely horrendous customer service. Still waiting for a £1,500 refund.
But nobody takes ownership of my case, despite having the item returned to them already.

Went in store, told assistant what we wanted, showed us a couple of fridge freezers, pick one , paperwork done. Successful job done. Fabulous. Thank you.x

Simple straightforward process, I gave the salesperson a list of requirements, he showed me what was available to take away, I selected one and within half an hour 2 store colleagues loaded the washing machine into my van. No hassle, happy customer.

Bought 2 new computers for my twin daughters ready for college. Visited on two occasions, served by Archie on first visit, really helpful with what I needed, professional throughout. Kofi helped me on the day I returned to buy the laptops, he was helpful taking on where Archie had left off, really helpful and polite, made buying of products easy. Really appreciated service by both Archie and Kofi. Thank you.

Left curry's Taunton branch feeling really good but couldn't quite understand why kept getting items added we didn't want we purchased a screen off the shelf of which I don't think any one should packing up the tv by the shop took about 45 mins so when got home and unpacked we spotted a deep scratch , coulldnt take back till next day as shop had shut so i called the customer service number first thing rang 6 times as each time i got cut off told to call a different number
when we took item back to shop the manager inspected an d said they couldn't see the scratch i wear glasses and I could see it with my rubbish eye sight I lost it with this manager as he made me feel like I was lying worst ever experience received don't buy from them as there was several people in the shop returning damaged TV's recently bought didn't even get a sorry sales man was also very random

But I was surprised to find out after receiving the laptop that there is no charger in the package
