Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Your. I believe Managers who chat at front of store dont really assist. Pass the buck to underlings. In my case a young chap who mis sold me a phone, saying not anwerphone, I had said did not want one. Just a simple hands free BT amplified landline. Got home and Answerphone !
I returned it (three bus rides) and subsequently bought it again with its second handset. Only loud and amplified model that BT do, so was over a barrel really.
However,I had to find someone to help me with the second purchase which I felt was begrudgingly given.
The only person who did his job properly, was the assistant at the pay desk.(Andy) He ascertained where my phones would be plugged in and advised on the purchase of a set of extension plugs, which he went and found for me.
He was supposed to just take my payment but being obviously old school and sensing my ignorance,went over and above to help me. He gets five stars. Please note that in Argos, couple of doors down, same phone £15 cheaper!!!
I came back to store and was refunded the difference.
There was hardly any customers in your store that day. To be fobbed off with a young lad who obviously has had no training on phones when the guy standing at front of house was not busy, is typical of how that Orpington branch works.
I only went to Currys because BT told me I would get my BT phone there.
I usually avoid it if possible.

We had a large range of washing machines, to choose from. We were helped by the knowledgeable lady, who the proceeded to explain any extras we might want. The machine was in stock, delivery was arranged for three days later. It is now received and fitted. All staff have been excellent especially the lady in store.

The sale prep was brilliant. Her explanation of the products helped me understand what I needed to buy.

The help we got after deciding which model of fridge/freezer we wanted then the young man LUIS went through to make sure we picked the right model for us , size, colour 50/50 - 60/40 etc. And the most important bit sorting the paperwork out and delivery. We'll done Luis thanks krd.

Easy to collect and good service

Felt like I was too much hassle when I called to collect it. Service of curry member of staff very off hand and he kept talking and acknowledging other people felt I was a nuisance and he didn’t want to be serving me. This was in Orpington store

TV we wanted to purchase was not in stock. One week delivery for which we had to pay £20.
I also wanted to pay via Creation Finance. Told it was unavailable because “it was down”. Very unsatisfactory.

All staff were extremely attentive to me. Checking and giving sound advice re product details and availability. They ensured that the product was ordered and I got customer satisfaction. The assistant who placed the order was also very helpful, patient and polite. My product arrived within a couple of days

Purchased a washing machine paid for it to be delivered fitted & old machine taken away guys who came said they couldn’t install as valve was tight they only had set of pliers as tools to remove valve so said they couldn’t do job they left old machine half out of cabinet fixture & new machine in middle of my kitchen floor told me to rebook for another day or get refund I then had to get a plumber to come that evening to fit washing machine which he did with correct tools with no problems I then had to arrange for old washing machine to be removed by someone else when purchasing machine staff member was negitive telling me how mean curry’s now are to work for & also wasn’t happy when I refused to take out insurance cover I have insurance cover so I didn’t need this when I went back to the store today for my refund I explained to the staff member what had happened his response was yeah we get lots of complaints about the fitting service extremely poor service from curry’s they need to seriously improve customer care at all levels I want to add I purchased a dishwasher last year with problems regarding staff & fitters I complained then clearly nothing has changed for a big company this is extremely poor I

expected better never again will I buy from this retailer
