My washing machine was delivered on the day arranged. The two men took my old one then Dale Hayden plumbed in my new one, tested it and showed me how to use the programmes. The whole experience took about half an hour, leaving me the rest of the day to try it out. Brilliant service

After looking online I visited my local store where an assistant was very helpful. I still made my order online, delivery was within a few days but at least I knew more about the product I was buying.

I was choosing a new vacuum cleaner, he was able to match what I wanted with a product I hadn’t properly considered and I am delighted with it. It was great to be given useful information from someone who knows their product. I now have a lovely lightweight hand held vacuum which I am very pleased with.

Needed a fridge freezer quickly found the one I wanted unfortunately didn't have it in stock had to wait a couple of days but service was good and sorted quickly.

The sales person was really helpful and stopped me from buying the wrong product - very impressed

Just amazing customer service from Carl at the Macclesfield store. Product knowledge was top tier and not pushy in any way. It felt like he wanted the best product for the customer, rather than pushing what needed to be sold. Great prices, great service, with that personal touch.

Excellent service on a busy Saturday , all staff were extremely helpful, guy on the refund, return counter was the best service I’ve had for a long time , knowledgeable , pleasant with a smile from start to finish. Looking forward to delivery of my new under the counter oven.

Because I had opened the box on a ninja air fryer when I returned it to the store as it was far smaller than I expected they wouldn’t give me a refund. They told me to take it to a local Morrisons for collection but they wouldn’t take it as the box was too big! Then I rang and they said they could collect it from my home? Why didn’t they do that in the first place. Now I’ve got at least a 3 week wait for my refund😡🤦‍♂️

Your delivery men arrived on time, ringing in advance to alert me if their arrival.
They were quick and efficient in installing my fridge freezer - also gave me good advice on what I needed to do before ordering an integrated dishwasher.
