Currys - Kidderminster Reviews 

I bought an Epson ET 2950 from Curry's a few months ago, then it suddenly had connectivity problems one day recently. The Curry's technician (online) spent about 3/4 hour trying to solve the problem, but in the end gave up. I took it back to the shop, and it was immediately replaced with a new one. Excellent support, excellent service. Very happy.

Recently bought an American Fridge freezer which was damaged on arrival. I was offered 20 percent discount which I accepted. To never receive this. I have been backwards and forwards to the shop and after my previous review I was asked to email everything to them. I received a response and was told to wait until the 24th of October for my cheque bearing in mind this is six weeks later.
I have still not heard anything so I emailed to get a response saying my case is closed and nothing more they can do for me.
So I paid £1500 for a brand new fridge freezer that got damaged on delivery.
And I must just accept that.
I have all the correspondence as proof.
Don't try phoning because its an absolute nightmare.
Now I sit with a damaged very expensive fridge and I must just accept it.
Absolutely disgusted

Listen i have done all of this already now you want me to redo everything.
You need to contact me and sort this once and for all.
I am not running after you again

Excellent place to shop, with very helpfoul staff.

Richard your assistant was friendly,helpful and very patient with me when I was purchasing my new fridge and freezer. The prices of both products were really reasonable and not too expensive.

We went into Curry’s with the intention of just looking around for a possible new TV. But we ended up walking out with one that cost £1500. The young lady that came to our rescue was so helpful & knowledgeable about each product that we found the exact match for our home setup. She was brilliant & deserves a pay rise.

Product information was good. We were required to collect the item after we had selected and paid. We had to print receit in order to collect. Currys should have have printed receipt at point of sale

The staff in the Kidderminster store get all four of these stars for their patience and apologies, the central distribution get zero. Despite the fact that I received an email and a text telling me that my order was ready to collect, it wasn’t there. I had to make a second journey to pick it up which wasn’t overly convenient.

Excellent service in store because we are of a certain age the man that was so helpful and patient. The delivery men were absolutely fantastic

It would be a great help if they tell you if a product is not available there & then instead of taking my money then a day later telling you it’s not available. I was promised a refund, at least within 24 hours but no refund yet. On contacting customer services l now have been told it will be 3 to 5 days for refund. That is not good customer service as far as l’m concerned!
