The young lady was very helpful and patient as I explained i had a stroke and needed her to explain and speak clearly. Although the product i required was not in stock she could order it for me instore to be delivered to my next day, which she did.
The store itself was well lit and very clean.
The product arrived the following day.

My on line order was ready for me to collect within an hour or so and things went very smoothly at the collection point . A good service.

Very helpful and efficient service

Great help from Mac at the Gloucester branch. Gave us plenty of time to ask questions and made it easy for us to understand the answers. Got us the software we needed which is now up and running.

Normally the staff are very helpful and friendly but this time the member of staff didn't show much enthusiasm when asked about a product was a bit like eeyore from winnie the pooh (sorry) and for being a large store has now a few times never had products in stock i shop often at Currys but lately they seem to be dropping the ball a bit

I had an excellent assistant (named Kane) who guided me through various electrical items I was looking for, his knowledge and helpful enthusiasm was 1st rate and I have been very pleased with my purchase of a microwave.
should the occasion arise I would definitely visit the store again.

We had researched what we wanted before visiting the store so it was a pretty easy choice. My last tumble dryer lasted for 21 years without any problems, until recently when the start button stopped working. I hope this tumble dryer lasts as long! 😊

I visited Currys to purchase an expensive device in person specifically to avoid delivery problems. Your employee placed the order and confirmed I could collect it on Friday. I also paid extra for this arrangement.

However, when I arrived on Friday, I was told the parcel had been sent to my home address. My email showed DPD had attempted delivery on Thursday and held it at their Gloucester depot. I travelled there, only to discover the depot had moved.

After contacting customer service, I still cannot change the delivery address or confirm when I will receive my parcel. As I work, I cannot guarantee being home for delivery.

I have spent money on six Uber journeys trying to collect a device I have already paid for. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time and additional expenses.

Had I known this would happen, I would have ordered from Amazon or Apple. I expect Currys to resolve this urgently, arrange collection from a convenient location, and address the additional costs and inconvenience caused.

Friendly and helpful staff

Was quite a long wait for delivery but they were very busy, both guys very nice put in washing machine larder fridge and freezer took old appliances away very tidy both guys nice.

Needed a new cooker, had a look round and Robert was extremely helpful in deciding which model to go for, between a couple of very similar designs. He went through everything with us and gave us all options so we could make our own choices!

The ordering process was ok, the lady at the collection point was just rude. Not a pleasant experience.

Harry the sales assistant was excellent He showed me several computers in my price range and explained the pros and cons of each machine. He explained warranty and add on packs making it easy for me to choose. He is a credit to your company.

The description of the chromebooks I purchased was misleading. Your ad said an SSD drive but inactual fact when I got home (25miles) I established the storage drive was UFS. This is not what I was lead to believe so very disappointed with that. However ordering and collection was ok except the collection point at Gloucester store was a jike. One guy serving a customer who had a involved conversation which meant me and another guy were waiting for someone to come and sort us. Just across the way three staff members were stood chatting totally ignoring us. It took the engaged staff member to call for help. And even then it wasn't one of the three. Total joke will think long and hard whether I use Currys next time. Maybe AO for the electric cooker I need to replace soon.
