Curry's did me a price match which was very good. We buy all our electrical there as we have always had good service.

Staff helpful. Item was not in stock but staff member arranged for it to be delivered the next day. This was delivered on the time we were informed

I had looked online and did some research and decided to visit the store to see the product before making a purchase. I like to browse and look at products when I am in store at my own pace. On this occasion a member of staff approached and insisted on telling me that the fridge freezer that I was trying to look for was the one he was pointing at even though the model number, price and efficiency were different as well as being the incorrect colour. They then pointed to a completely different brand of fridge freezer to tell me that that was the colour I was looking for. Instead of leaving me to decide I felt pushed into making a decision in purchasing that day. I found the member of staff to be quite arrogant, not listening to what I was saying and wanting and persistent in his manner. They were argumentative! They did find the correct fridge freezer in the correct colour that I wanted in stock and because I did not want to return I placed an order reluctantly with that member of staff. This type of behaviour puts me off going in store. I would have rather ordered online. I have not received the fridge freezer as yet so cannot make comment on that product.

Ordered an item for click and collect, 48hrs after it should have been in store I had no confirmation that it had arrived. Contacted customer service dept with my order details, apparently the order has been lost. Need to reorder. Very disappointing on this occasion.

Lovely knowledgeable staff who know what there talking about. Made buying our product so much easier. Sometimes it's nice to be able to see a product and talk to someone about it, instead of buying online.

All went well. No PayPal so paying with a Debit card was a little tiresome but mainly with my bank.

Easy to order. Picked up in store a day or 2 after. Bought slim hair tongs, use them regularly, they're excellent and they weren't expensive.

I was sold a tv that was a display one. I was given a supposed universal remote by the staff member. This didn’t work for set up due to needing specific buttons on the remote.
Returned to store, whoever the floor manager was a disgrace, I explained he had basically sold me a car without a gearbox, he said he could order one in but this could take up to 6 weeks. 6 weeks, for the shops mistake and a tv I wouldn’t be able to use. Thankfully someone with some common sense sourced me one.
It was actually the worst customer service of all time. Looking back I should have taken the full thing back, but since you had to rip up the paper the universal remote was in I’d then be £25 down. Incompetence is the only way to describe it, I can’t understand how me not being given a working remote was my fault. He walked away the manager, unsure why others working showed more managerial ability and response to the situation than him.

Unfortunately I did not get his name, however team valley and from the time I purchased.
