The items I ordered were in stock and arrived at the pick up station on the day quoted.

Curry’s agent was respectful of the fact we were pensioners and gave us time when explaining all we wanted to know.
This was really appreciated.
The process of purchasing was easy to do and I’m sure fitting etc will be to the same standard as when we purchased washing machine a few months ago.

I ordered my new vax cordless vacc online, I then received a text message to inform me that the item was ready to collect and was given an oder number to use. I took my phone to my local Currys store showed the message to the young man at the collections counter, about 5 minutes latr my purchase was brought to me and I was asked if I required assistance in taking it to my car, I accepted the offer and my purchase was placed in my boot. No hassle or problems.

Items well received.
Excited items were happy by my godchildren.

The couriers came as promised at time promised, removed old washing machine and installed new one with the minimum of fuss even though it was quite a tricky corner to navigate. Guys were polite and friendly. Excellent.

We had been changed over to Digital Landline and wanted a new landline to plug into the back of the new router. We went into a Curry store in Coventry and asked about a BT4600 twin set phone and asked if it would work with our Vodafone router/digital landline and were told that it would be compatible. We ordered it from their website but the cable was slightly too big to fit into the router. On the bottom of the box it said it was for analogue systems but there was nothing on their website about this. We think this should have been explained to us in store or on the website, but it wasn't. We took it back and had a refund but they said they did not have any phones suitable for digital landline and referred us back to Vodafone. However, they were very good about the refund.

Very helpful member of staff who dealt with two elderly people who had limited understanding of technical terms. Helped us choose best to to suit our purpose.

buying my item using my flex account went fine no prblems but on collection the person who delt with my order tried to hard to get me to buy added care pack and kept saying if it breaks down i still have to pay for the item even though currys had already been paid in full this felt a bit insulting

Everytging went on smooth..and had a call before delivery.The drivers were very respectful of my home, alsontook the boxes with them.

Had a good look round and staff very helpful tee told me all about the product very happy

After initially walking in and being palmed off by the first 2 employees I was then dealt with by a very helpful young man who helped me through my purchase and was a credit to your company.

We have to say that both Raz and Mominah who served us were exceptional !!
They were courteous, polite and extremely helpful with our purchase and we can’t praise them enough !!
In fact all of the staff at this branch of Curry’s are brilliant
We will certainly recommend them for any product purchases

Went to Currys Coventry for a fridge freezer and was served by ABDUL.
The service was fantastic and very helpful from the purchase to the delivery. All staff were professional and very helpful.
