The reason why i have given a 5 star review because i have been given great customer service from the currys workers at beckton and i would like to thank one of them for giving us a little discount on my new phone

Amazing staff and atmosphere was 10/10, second visit in last 6 months and service has been excellent. Get greeted when you enter the store and get acknowledged when you go to relevant department. Amazing 🤩

Would like to add how unhelpful the manager and staff were. Explained that my fridge freezer had broken down and ive paid insurance till 2030 was basically told to get on with it myself £200 worth of food ruined have to wait a whole week for a repairman to come

Very pleased about the coustomer service and their engineer service too.

Hi , recently I Ordered a very large delivery items in curry’s Beckton branch which I need it desperately for my family as we moved house. Order includes freezer, cooker, washing machines and others. The sales man curry’s beckon was so good for choice and Order processed. First delivery guy was not corporate at all and says he will asked his manager to cancel the delivery. However, I don’t how curry’s manage internally one hour later curry’s send all items with two guys. These two guys were so so good, well mannered. Patient even friendly with kids . I was shocked about their approach , they were so good , ever during delivery they very careful with the items. I can’t thank them enough. Really appreciate. They deserve to get bonus and also thank you Curry’s how you manager everything so well. Really happy 100%
