Delivery was flawless, my order arrived exactly when promised, well-packed and in perfect condition. First impressions of the device are great, the lightweight design fits comfortably in my hand. The printed instructions are clear, and the extra step-by-step videos that CurrentBody emails after purchase are a nice touch for visual learners.
I’ve only been using the RF device for two weeks, so it’s too soon to comment on long-term results.

It’s too early to talk about results, but so far the LED mask is very comfy to wear and overall a great experience. I was a bit worried as I’ve got very sensitive skin but no issues at all and enjoying it. The fit is great, even though I have a small head I can put it in place so it works well, but is still a fair bit bigger to accommodate larger heads. It does come with protection for the eyes, though I like to ensure I get the light everywhere so don’t use it and just close my eyes for 10 minutes and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet me time.

It was easy to choose and order my LED mask. It arrived quickly and nicely packaged. It is very easy to use and reasonably comfortable to wear. It's early days but yesterday my husband commented that I looked especially radiant, so maybe it is working

The mask is excellent I have seen an improvement in radiance, clarity and fine lines. The company have shown excellent customer service and are easily contacted with any queries.

Very disappointing customer service! I am still waiting for my order to come when it was dispatched almost 3 weeks ago…

My order was never shipped, not even after 3 weeks. After numerous attemps to get a solution from customer service, an “express order with free gift” was promised to be delivered within 1-2 days and after 5 days, the order still hadnt been shipped. This was the worst experience Ive ever had for such an expensive product.

The RF device itself feels very powerful and high quality — after the first uses my skin already feels firmer and smoother. Very happy with my purchase!

EDIT: They reached out privately, offered a resolution, then didnt resolve it and are wasting more of my time. Now I have to find time off of work to go to file a police report in person. Biggest waste of time and money ever! Do yourself a favor and dont order from this company! Also I just did more research and someone on Reddit posted that they get their masks from a company called "Shenzhen Idea Light" on Alibaba for much cheaper because thats where they get them from. Overall this company is a bunch of thieves and liars.

Order was marked delivered but wasnt. The photo provided by UPS was useless. Currentbody support does not respond over weekends and when they do respond its at like 1AM PST. Chat is unhelpful. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before making my purchase because I see other people left reviews here with similar issues. Not sure why Currentbody does not listen to consumer feedback and provide a signature confirmation option, especially when there is no physical store to purchase their products at. This has created a stressful situation that was completely unnecessary.

CurrentBody have just sent me an email asking me to leave a review again so I'll repeat my previous review.
I was given a 2 hour slot by the courier which was then turned into a 13 hour slot , the parcel was delivered the next day. So 2 days wasted waiting & a £399.99 purchase was left on my doorstep because a signature hadn't been requested by CurrentBody. My purchase could have been stolen ! Under British Law my contract is with CurrentBody & not the courier. CurrentBody is responsible for the delivery & the lack of signature.
They have sent me a £35 gift voucher which I do not regard as compensation. I don't want to buy anything else from CurrentBody , what do they sell for £35 & under ? Are they expecting to buy an item over £35 making me spend more money then have the stress of the delivery repeating the previous disastrous delivery experience !

I’ve been using CurrentBody LED devices for several years now and have owned a few of their products. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the quality and results.

What stood out most recently, though, was their customer service. My LED mask developed a fault after around 18 months of use, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I contacted their team and they were excellent—quick to respond, understanding, and they replaced the mask immediately without any hassle.

It’s reassuring to know that a company stands behind its products, especially with higher-value items like these. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

I was genuinely surprised that my LED lip mask arrived not working, especially as these products are said to undergo rigorous testing.

That said, I can’t fault the other items I’ve purchased—the face mask and chest mask have both been great, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin’s complexion since using them.

Unfortunately, the return process for the faulty lip mask has been frustrating. I was asked to provide a video of the fault, but because the file was too large to email, I had to share it via Google Drive. Each time a new customer service representative picks up my case, I’m asked to grant access again, which has caused repeated delays.

It’s disappointing, as I’ve had a positive experience with the other products in the past. The issue with the faulty lip mask, and the way this return has been handled, has let the overall experience down.
