If I tell you that I've had to issue a County Court Summons to TRY and get back the GBP funds that they withheld from a transaction they aborted, then need I say more ??

Having used Currencychange previously before with no major problems i can safely say after this last time i will never use them again.
They have held onto client funds now for over a week without processing the transaction and would appear to have no procedures in place that follow set guidelines as they change their procedures every transaction they complete without notifying the client. They are not regulated by FCA for currency exchange either so please carry out full checks prior to using them or check with FCA direct. Would strongly advise against using CurrencyChange based on my last dealing.

Front office is professional, efficient and polite, however, the MD is the most unprofessional individual I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend them and will certainly not be using them again.
There are plenty other good companies out there, stay well clear of this one.

This was my first experience using Currency Change and I will definitely be using them again. They offer a personal service with a great rate and the money reached my account the next day.

Currency Change were extremely helpful with me being a 'newbie' to sending money abroad, and I can't rate them highly enough on their service. And of course, their rates were some of the best as well. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Friendly, smooth transaction, but the accounts aren't set up within an hour, this can take most of the day. That lost us the exchange rate we were offered, and by the next day sterling rates had fallen which cost us money, and more than we could have paid elsewhere the previous day. No big deal, but be aware that you need to set up the account before bothering to ask what the spot rate is.

I am sure future transactions will be much easier now the account is up, as everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Currency Change gave me an excellent exchange rate with the speediest of service the money was in our account within a day, in the past the people I have used have taken five days before the money was deposited into the account.
I will certainly be using them again and can highly recommend them

Currency Change provides a welcome human touch to what normally is a dull transaction. The fact the rates are hard to beat and the process is seamless makes a nice wrapper.

I am not going anywhere else for my money transfers. Job done!

This was the first time I have used CurrencyChange and I am delighted with the results.
The rate they quoted was very close to the interbank rate and arrived much more quickly than any other company I have used.
I would recommend them to anyone wanting to change currency.

I have used this company a number of times now to avoid the ridiculous charges a bank will levy on foreign currency transactions. From the MD down everyone is so polite and efficient. I deal with Matthew Glover and nothing is too much trouble for him. They do what they say they can do with supreme efficiency. I deal with Matt and I'm very happy with the service he gives me. The rates are excellent and once you've got your client list set up everything goes really well. I came to Currency Change from Western Union for the better rates and the fact that the fee is included in the prices given.
