Really friendly helpful and personal service. App is easy to use but backed up by very helpful staff on phone and by email. Jamie Hackett was very kind and helpful in rectifying a problem I had. Would highly recommend if making currency transactions.

I recently paid a deposit on a property in Spain €20,000 using my bank which cost me £17,860. If i used Currencies Direct it would've been around £17,400 maybe less. Needless to say I've since registered with them (which was a doddle) to pay the remainder. I've got my own personal account manager Germaine Boselli i can ring at anytime. Brilliant.

Excellent service from Megan and Kate. I was using Currencies Direct for the first time and had quite a complex requirement. They were proactive, responsive, and very clear with their guidance.

Competitive rates, great customer service and a reliable and easy-to-use website. They are my forex go-to and I've been using them for years now with zero issues. (I previously used Ebury, but their portal was really hard to navigate and in terms of customer service they didn't seem to be interested in anyone who wasn't a professional currency trader.)

Excellent personal service. Prompt replies and great explanations. My only comment is that the process of making a transfer of funds into a bank account can be slower than 24hrs, so planning ahead is required.
