I would not recommend ordering from this company, especially if you need your hair within a reasonable timeframe.

This was my first time ordering from CurlyMe Hair, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I placed my order and went an entire week with no shipment, no tracking, and no clear communication. Every time I reached out, I received vague responses like “don’t worry” instead of actual updates.

At one point, I was told my wig would be shipped the same day. The next message completely contradicted that, saying they couldn’t confirm a shipping time. I was then asked to switch to a different density wig and even pay extra, which felt unfair considering the delay was not my fault.

After pushing for answers, they finally “shipped” the order, but the tracking provided showed no carrier information and no movement—just a label created. That does not give confidence that the item has actually been sent.

What’s most concerning is that after doing more research, I noticed multiple reviews from other customers reporting similar issues—long delays, lack of transparency, and in some cases, never receiving their orders. I also noticed that negative reviews seem to be removed, which is a major red flag.

As a customer, especially someone on a fixed income, I cannot afford to have my money tied up with no clear delivery timeline. When I spend money, I expect honest communication and reliable shipping.

Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in this company. I would strongly recommend ordering from vendors that offer clear shipping timelines, accurate tracking, and better customer service.

Shipping is horrible. The company was not timely with their responses and didn’t have my order in time. I decided to cancel the order. I would rather go back to my other hair sites. Shipping and customer service is so much better.

I ordered my 18 inch curly brown wig March 14th at 12:30am . I have not received any shipping tracking number delivery status Nothing and it’s March 26…… so it’s been 12 days and 10 business days for them for give me any information on my order. I emailed them and they told me the same shit below saying we have too many orders we are urgently working please wait. Umm I’ve been waiting. How is a company going to false advertise take my money and then not even give me the tracking details for MY order. I have never ordered from this company and I never will again. OQ hair Unice and Isee way faster service and better communication. Terrible terrible hair company they are a scam and everyone need to report it

Just purchased a 24in wig with bangs and it is HORRIBLE!! The quality is definitely a mix and not 100% human. I ran my fingers through it a few times and it started to static 🫨 It’s very thin and is not “Out the pack” ready. I now have to buy a bundle of hair to fill the wig out, because of its thin quality and lack of bang. I did not plan on spending more money to correct someone’s product smh. Will be my 1st and last purchase!!

It’s been around 10 days and the company hasn’t even processed my order let alone shipped it. I message them how I haven’t received any updates and they tell me the factory is customising it and they’re urged them to hurry but it’s still not shipped yet. Never have I ever experienced this before with a hair company.

Would recommend Curlyme Hair. Fourth time ordering and they haven’t disappointed. Hd lace is great, overall wigs look natural!

Hair arrived so late I wouldn’t have received it when I did if I didn’t contact them .

Worst hair I’ve ever purchased. Shedding from the day I received it. Has an awful smell even after three months. Tangles and knots up to where I can’t run my fingers through. Have a hard time combing out tangles. Piles of hair in comb. Horrific hair. Wish could give it a 0 star.

I was scammed!!! The wig I purchased for $140 was not the wig I received. The hair was the wrong color, length, texture. The website states it is 100% human hair and that is not the truth. I requested a full refund from CurlyMe. They offered me from $10 refund & a credit. It went to $25 & a credit. The wig hair became so dry & matted. I couldn't even wear it. It's not what I paid for and CurlyMe basically ROBBED me of my $140. Telling me b/c of their policy, they can't refund me. What about MY POLICY?? THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT BY SENDING ME A CHEAP SYNTHETIC WIG AFTER I PAID FOR A HUMAN HAIR FULL DARK BROWN WIG. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CURLYME AGAIN!!!!

Curlyme by far is the best hair company , I have never been disappointed with my orders and the customer service is always top notch and efficient. I wouldn’t trade them for nothing I highly recommend 10/10

I love CurlyMe Hair, so glad I found this company. The hair I got was a vpart deep wave 24” and this hair is so pretty. I am going to order again from this site because also the customer service is great! They respond to your emails promptly and show appreciation for you being a customer. Gone get you some beautiful hair gurl if your reading this ☺️
