I placed an order out of operating hours and sent emails requesting to edit my order. However it meant I had to wait until business hours for a response and luckily enough I recieved an email from Donna first thing in the morning mentioning that she would try her best to get a hold of the warehouse before they started the packing process and she successfully managed to work her magic to amend my order. I had such a great experience with Culture Kings customer service today, and I especially want to recognise Donna for her amazing help.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the jerseys and contacted the team hoping I could change it. Donna was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient from start to finish. She not only helped me sort out the size change, but also went above and beyond to assist with my new order and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

It’s honestly refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Donna genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for me, and I really appreciated how supportive and professional she was throughout the whole process.

I ordered a hat on a Saturday night and realised the I ordered the wrong size the next day. Unfortunately I couldn’t call anyone at CK as no one works on Sundays so I sent an email instead. A lady named Donna helped me out, and texted me the next day as early as possible around 6am which was really handy as I thought i would have to call. Donna really helped me out and kept me up to date with my order, she also did it with kindness and care….. 10 stars for Donna🔥🔥

I’ve always had a great experience ordering from culture kings, but today was even better.

My shop account pulled my old address and put it as my delivery address on my order. As soon as I realised I emailed the team asking if the delivery address could be changed and I had an amazing team member called Ailean help me straight away!!

In less than 4 hours (on a Saturday morning) I had an email from Ailean letting me know my address had been updated as requested and everything was all good.

Thank you so much Ailean for your help! I would have been completely screwed otherwise, so you’ve made my day!! Personally, I think you should get a raise. You got me out of a seriously tight spot and I really appreciate it.

I requested a size change at the last minute and Donna was able to make that happen for me so i want to give all praise to her & her efforts!
