I needed a part not sold by CTEK in Sweden for my CTEK installation and CTEK support ‘rummaged’ around, found it and posted it to me in Australia - above and beyond

I had a fantastic experience with CTEK support because it was easy to make contact with an actual person, they were patient working with me, and they were always responsive will excellent feedback as well as pertinent questions. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a high quality of technical support available these days. I have four (4) CTEK chargers for various vehicles. I certainly recommend their chargers and recommend the company based on their technical support.

I have used the (time to go) charger for a few years now for the maintenance of my classic car batteries, with great effect, unfortunately the unit suddenly stopped working. I reached out to CTEK to see if I could get a repair, & to my delight I was informed it was still under warranty, & a replacement is on its way.
How refreshing to deal with a company like CTEK who go above & beyond with their excellent customer service.

Great product (MX10S battery charger), bought for my AGM 12v leisure battery as it has a specific AGM mode. Multi step charging sequence that really looks after the battery with clear indication of progress on the charging steps.
Also bought comfort connect lead for easy one click charging connection but damaged the inline fuse when installing - customer service excellent in answering query and sending replacement - rare to get such good service these days. Very satisfied customer!

My CTEK Polar charger is a rock solid device, this winter it hit -54 Celsius and it did not skip a beat keeping the battery in my new truck maintained. I had an issue with my alligator clips and Leo from customer service was extremely helpful and in under 2 weeks had a replacement delivered to my house. Great products and great support! -Adam

Don’t leave you hanging.

I sought out CTEK because battery manufacturers recommend them. As I now have 3 different battery types I chose the CTEK that handles all 3 including motorcycle. I’ve used it on all of them and it works nicely. And it is reasonably priced.

Bought the product several years ago. Worked great up until a couple weks ago. Discovered it had a five year warranty, so I contacted their support organization. I was not expecting much, as in most situations, product support is totally lacking. Not true with CTEK. I got instant response. I told them what kind of problem I had and they immediately facilitated a replacement for the failing product. What a refreshong change considering some of the support (or lack of) on most products. Keep up the good work.

Great device, smooth delivery.

Smart charger works great.
But it only came with battery clamps. Had to buy ring terminals for a permeant connection and an extension cable to reach mounting location. Then realized the extension cable needed 2 male ends to connect to the ring terminals and the charger so had to buy another extension cable and cut it to splice the male end on.

Support is great! NjordGo + NanogridAir combination is GREAT!

There is a minor inconvenience with charging the Audi Q4, but I can’t say for sure whether it’s caused by the charger or the car. My guess is that it’s the car.

I own a 30 yar old Bentley Continental and bought a CTEK in June 2023 to maintain the battery mainly through the winter months. It was all working fine until this year I started getting intermittent stage 4 errors - battery not holding charge.
I emailed CTEK about my experience and their support team replied within hours, they asked a some questions and made a couple of suggestions, asked for a photo of the serial number and proof of purchase. Then I received a link to a form for a replacement unit - this I completed, received an email that a new unit was being sent out. Excellent company to deal with.

I bought an MXS 5.0 recently after much research reading it's many positive reviews. On arrival it was a compact and well made charger that looked suited to professional use as well as DIY. I did have one query to put to the support team, and to my amazement they replied with an answer in less than 12 hours. Excellent product with excellent help and backup, when needed.

I purchased my mxs 5.0 from Amazon Spain back in 2024 but wasn't sure it was always with defect until now that I've seen a friend's similar model working. I've looked up online and found out that some models had this mode button not working issue. I've reached out to ctek support and they were quick to help. After filling their RMA with product serial number they ordered a replacement. Any products from any brand can come with some malfunction but not every brand treats their customers with such efficiency. Good job ctek!
